My partner and I went here for dinner in the dark and unfortunately we can't give it more than two stars. The service was good, as was the presentation of the evening and the live music. The room was really completely dark, so you couldn't see anything. Now to the “construction sites”: We called several weeks in advance when booking and asked whether a vegetarian or vegan menu could also be offered. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Accordingly, we were looking forward to an exciting 4-course menu commensurate with the price. However, with the first two courses you noticed for the first time that it was designed for "omnivores" because the presenter couldn't fully tell what was on the meatless plates. The big disappointment came with the main course. Where meat eaters had grilled vegetables with mashed meat and two types of pork medallions, vegetarians still had vegetables and mashed meat, and the vegan dish was only vegetables. For the price and having had the opportunity to plan ahead, I expected more from the restaurant than just serving the side dishes. The dessert was also greatly simplified and consisted of 60% frozen wild berry mixture, the rest was fruit salad. Here too I was hoping for better quality. Drinks were not included in the price, the flat rate was €15 per person. We also found it to be high here.Overall, for us as vegetarians or vegans, the price-performance ratio was absolutely not right. We had hoped, especially based on the previous agreement, that there would be an adapted plant-based menu.

We held a wedding at the Lindenmühle and had the active support of the entire team. The service that afternoon/evening was outstanding! Even with small problems (not caused by the location), a solution was offered and helped immediately. Everything could be agreed upon and the process went smoothly! I can highly recommend the hotel and the staff!

We were at the Lindenmühle last week. It was supposed to be a little break from the noisy big city. The Lindenmühle itself is very beautiful. We had booked a suite specifically to enjoy a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good, especially lots of fruit. However, in the end we were disappointed. Our room was on the second floor. On the second night, a group celebrated in the breakfast room, among other places. The bass boomed through the glass roof all the way to the second floor. The bed vibrated until just after three in the morning. Okay, we accepted for one night. The following night exactly the same. Another wedding party. Again unbearable disturbance of the night's sleep until late at night. You could sing along to the pop and party music in the room. The glass roof or similar is not designed or insulated for such loud music. So it's like sleeping above a club.We pointed this out at check-out. The employee smiled and shrugged his shoulders. A participant in the wedding actually said that one should inquire beforehand whether a party is celebrating. I thought I was crazy. You can probably expect a quiet night. The hotel is located in the middle of the forest. You couldn't sleep for two of the three nights and enjoyed the forest air and peace. Before I write this review, I wrote an email to the hotel six days ago with the above-mentioned circumstances. To date there has been no response. I find that to be cheeky. We will not sleep here again and can only recommend that anyone looking for peace and quiet avoid this hotel.I would also like to point out the parking situation. If a party is celebrating there and you are traveling yourself, you will not find a parking space at the hotel. All parking spaces are reserved for hotel staff and guests from the surrounding area. As a hotel guest you then have to look for something somewhere in town and walk.

We were at a wedding there and spent one night in the hotel. The food was very good and the kitchen was able to accommodate various intolerances. The service staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was very nice. The rooms are modern and furnished to a high quality. The breakfast offering is great: a large selection of different rolls, bread, croissants, fresh fruits, etc. and also vegan spreads. Plenty of free parking spaces available.

On the occasion of our 10th company anniversary, we organized an event in the Lindenmühle including a conference, dinner, party and overnight stay. The arrangements in the organization were uncomplicated and always accommodating. Everything was well organized and we felt well looked after at all times. The location itself is an absolute highlight and worth a visit. Our employees really liked it and we only received positive feedback. Thank you for this great event!

What seems very good at first impression turns out to be disappointing when you stay there for a few days.It is worn out, especially the second floor, it caters to groups and events, not the average traveler and the hospitality and empathy of the staff is not very great.Shame.

Thank you for this wonderful wedding. From the first contact to the end of the wedding celebration, you feel like you are in good hands and well informed. The food was perfect (roast beef is highly recommended), the service was top class and even the boss was there from morning to evening so that nothing could go wrong and all wishes were fulfilled. We can only recommend something like this.
