Great hotel, with a nice wellness area! The cocktails in the evening were very good. The breakfast table was also decorated as a birthday surprise. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice and we felt comfortable, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us. The rooms are shabby and could be cleaner. The wellness area, however, was great.

The wonderfully beautiful four-star hotel, located directly on the banks of the Hopfensee, offers a breathtaking view of the lake, the surrounding landscape and the mountains. The entire complex is stylishly furnished, well maintained and invites you to feel good thanks to its pleasant atmosphere. The rooms in particular impress with their comfort: the beds are extremely comfortable, it is quiet at night and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. There is a fresh smell everywhere and the atmosphere is very inviting. The other hotel guests are also pleasantly reserved. The highlight of the hotel is the wellness area, which leaves nothing to be desired. The panoramic sauna and sun terrace with infinity pool offer a direct view of the lake, ensuring complete relaxation. In the basement there are additional saunas, a steam bath, a hammam and bookable cosmetic treatments, which we did not take advantage of.Every morning, guests can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. In the evening, a changing four-course menu is served, which we booked on both evenings. The menu, lovingly prepared from high-quality ingredients, impresses not only in terms of taste but also visually. It is available to hotel guests for €39.90 if they reserve the day before. Although the portions are small, you will feel pleasantly full. The stylish restaurant offers an inviting ambience with subtle background music and a fantastic view of Lake Hopfensee - a real treat for all the senses. The staff throughout the hotel are consistently competent, helpful and friendly. As a guest you feel well looked after - exactly what you want from a first-class wellness hotel. Overall, we can highly recommend both the hotel and the four-course menu.

More appearance than reality!Hotel has a TOP location - right on the lake. The infinity pool is beautiful with a view over the lake and the mountains. The view from the sauna of the Hopfensee through the panoramic window would be wonderful if the window were cleaned again. Unfortunately, the fittings in the wellness area are already corroded and the joints are moldy. The rooms are ok, but in contrast to the photos on the internet they are rather shabby and old... Here they invested more in the photographer and Photoshop. In our opinion not a good price-performance ratio.

We had a very nice reception when checking in. We had booked a room with a lake view, but received a free upgrade to a suite with a lake view. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony over the lake was fantastic. The wellness area (sauna and outdoor pool) also offers a beautiful view of the lake and we really liked it.We enjoyed the dinner very much. Here too we had good and friendly service, which made an effort. The breakfast buffet was rich and was always refilled.Gladly again.

Not really suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users. Everything else was good, except for the coffee at the bar, because you can't drink it, especially for the price. Super friendly staff, the outdoor pool is great, with the panorama over the Hopfensee

The room smelled and wasn't particularly clean, dust, etc. The highly advertised infinity pool and the spa area are relatively small. The price is far too high for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was at least quite good

Great hotel, friendly staff. The location right on the lake is unique.Dogs are welcome, but if they can't stay in the room, they can go into a side room for breakfast, which isn't a bad thing.Wellness area small but nice.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately our room wasn't nice. It's great that the shower head lights up, so you can see the mold even better, the corners of the shower were really disgusting. Without a proper door to the bathroom, you can be lucky if you don't have any inhibitions about going to the toilet in front of your travel companion. The fact that you have to open the lid of the trash can with your hands is also unhygienic in my opinion. Two hooks in the bathroom aren't enough, a towel heater would be an advantage.Luckily we're only here for one night in transit, I wouldn't have wanted to spend a whole vacation here, even though the wellness area is ok, but there are a few things that could be improved there too. Unfortunately, the supposedly clean cups weren't really, and drinking tea out of a plastic cup doesn't have to be the case either. The infinity pool is small, but it makes up for it. 😅
