The room is nice but simple, the bed was comfortable... in the bathroom the position of the toilet is too uncomfortable, there is no air conditioning and it is hot in the room during the day

There is no reception, the rooms open with a code that they send via email. The rooms are clean, small, there would be no coat hangers, because there are few hangers in the wardrobe and even in the bathroom you don't know where to hang the shower towel. Excellent for a stopover just a few km from the center of Bamberg.

This is a typical transit hotel. Handy if you travel to Slovenia or Carinthia by caravan. The caravan can also be parked there for free. The hotel is not much. It's clean and the beds are good. The rooms are quite warm in summer. There are hardly any facilities. The WiFi is poor and the last time (2024) the soft drink machine was also broken and apparently had been broken for a long time. You can't get breakfast there, but you can buy a good breakfast at the Loskarn bakery in the Marktscheune nearby in Hallstadt. Within 10 minutes by car you can also reach the center of charming Bamberg, where there is plenty of entertainment and nice restaurants.

From the outside I thought, hopefully the rooms don't look like the hotel does from the outside.Luckily it wasn't like that.Rooms were neatly clean and quite well furnished.Small bathroom, unfortunately without a window.You need a code to activate the hotel door. Had to ask by phone because the hotel was not occupied.Unfortunately it's not that quiet at night because the highway is nearby.Unfortunately, it's not so beneficial to get sleep in the summer.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars for service!!! There are notes in the rooms asking whether you need fresh towels, whether the room should be cleaned... with the saying: For the sake of the environment! Maybe it should be more like: For the sake of profit! I filled out the form and threw it in the mailbox at the hotel because there was nothing else there (box or something similar at the reception). I was then told on the phone by the head office, or whatever it was, that it was a bad idea to put the note in the mailbox, as perhaps no one would empty it. Hello ??? The reception is open from 6 a.m. on some days and only from 8 a.m. on other days. Should you start working later just to hand in this piece of paper???Stayed here from work for 4 nights...definitely never again!!!Rooms ok, service not!

Our room looked new. 3 people in the basement. Spacious room, TV, very nice shower. Large window that can be opened completely. Great for an overnight stay in transit.

As a fitter hotel top for my vacation I wouldn't book it, no breakfast right next to the highway but the rooms are clean and tidy

Friendly and competent service. Check-in outside regular times possible on request if rooms are available. Easy check-in and check-out with the PIN you receive. Room was neat and clean. Towels and soap were available. You can easily reach the city center by bus, which goes a few meters further. Everything was as described. Recommended!

Basically everything is good. Check in unproblematic. What surprised me was that I stayed there for 3 nights and the towels weren't changed and the room wasn't cleaned either but I had a towel from home with me. It was sometimes very loud in the hallway and it was impossible to sleep. Facility but good. Mattress very comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. Cobwebs here and there on the wall and some mold in the corner. Apparently just wallpapered. Always had warm/hot water, which is not always a given. Despite the towels, I would recommend the hotel because of the really affordable price.

Small rooms in the basement. Passwords were not sent by e-mail. And to get in we had to get 2 phones. Quite a hassle for a hotel of this type.

The bathroom wasn't clean, the room wasn't clean either. The reception wasn't that nice either. We definitely won't be staying there again.

Outdated hotel. Rooms very small and hardly any storage space. Bathroom with some defects. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes...despite the non-smoking ban. The very nice and helpful young lady at reception should be positively highlighted.
