Great hotel in Munich, ideal for visitors to the Allianz Arena!I was in Munich for the Germany-Netherlands international match and stayed at the Super 8. Booking, check-in, etc. everything went smoothly and the room was nicely furnished, great bathroom, comfortable bed and enough storage space. The windows could be darkened and even though the hotel is on a busy street, you can hear almost nothing from outside through the windows (probably double or triple glazed). Including the complete blackout, you can sleep excellently here. You can book breakfast, but I didn't take advantage of it. But it looked very good!A little question for the Super8 team: You have a black shower gel dispenser hanging in your bathroom. What exactly is the shower gel called? It actually smells very good!

The TV flickered and beeped every minute. There were strange black edges on the glass in the shower, and half of the floor in the bathroom gets wet when you shower because the glass only protects half of it.The WiFi was very weak.Staff was very friendly.

Small rooms for reasonable money. Great location, easy to reach from the motorway and there is a bus stop in front of the door. Breakfast: 16€, underground parking: 15€, a bit annoying that there was no box in the room - just clothes hangers

**Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend!**I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we found a large spider on the wall of our room, which was unsettling. To make matters worse, the room itself was not clean – there were small creatures on the floor (as seen in the photo we shared with reception).When we reported these issues, we were moved to a different room on the opposite side of the building. While this seemed like a solution, we quickly discovered that we could not connect to the internet. We informed the reception, and they casually mentioned that the rooms down the hallway couldn't connect to the internet and shrugged it off with, "Sorry, can't do anything about it!"What I find troubling is that we were still charged the same rate as other rooms, despite not having a basic amenity like internet access. Shouldn't there be a consideration in pricing for such inconveniences?Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I certainly won’t be returning. I also cannot recommend this hotel to others based on the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service.

3 star hotel, but everyone is friendly, breakfast is great, rooms are very clean and a cool connection to the city center. Tram in front of the door and then 7 more stops and you are at Marienplatz

Good for 1-2 days. The best thing is that the hotel is pet friendly. The rooms lack a wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle and personal care products such as shampoo, toothpaste, etc.

I booked there because of a trade fair in Lilienthalallee. It was already the second stay in this hotel. All very good! Staff very friendly! I was traveling alone, the room is very large as a single room and very nicely furnished. There was also a hairdryer.Breakfast in the hotel was very extensive, from baked beans, eggs, Kaiserschmarrn, pancakes, muesli or classic with jam or cold cuts. Everyone comes here for their breakfast.For the vegans there were spreads and alternative milk, as well as everything else. Simply delicious!For dinner we went to the Losteria, about 5-10 minutes away on foot.Parking is also possible in front of the door along the street!

In itself a good hotel, especially for the price. The rooms were neat and clean. Only the air conditioning was broken again and the windows couldn't be opened despite being on the ground floor. So the room got very hot, so the night wasn't particularly relaxing. When we asked the reception if they could help us, we were only offered a drink packet. Too bad!

No recommended for Family and Friends. only for single person.TOILET and bathroom do not have proper locking doors, ventilation system and most crazy thing is Bathroom has no walls. It is just a glass partition with no curtains from inside.RIDICULOUS House keeping staff is DAMN annoying.They use to Enter directly in room by their KEY CARD and ask for room service again and again which was most irritating.How can some one directly enter room without knocking ??????This happened all 3 days of our stays even if I had sign - DO NOT DISTURB outside my room.We arrived around 11 pm and only lady who did check in process was really kind treated with respect.Rest, I would say I was lucky every thing was working fine in room. AC, water , light etc etcElse I am not sure how staff would have treated us.
