I stayed at the B&B Hotel for one night on business. Overall, the hotel seemed very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly.I was assigned a room with two single beds. I had to get used to it a lot because I haven't slept in a smaller bed for many years. But this is a personal problem and not a hotel problem.I can recommend the B&B Hotel in Munich for short business and private trips. You can reach a few shops on foot, and the Olympia shopping center is opposite. The subway station is a few minutes' walk away.

A nice hotel easily accessible by subway. Rooms bright and clean, bathroomShowering, difficult, little water jet so showering longer has nothing to do with saving water.Friendliness of the staff without words, unfriendly and unwanted, almost annoying. Breakfast apart from coffee, an apple, nothing else available.

The hotel concept at this location needs an urgent overhaul. The side walls next to the sink are not tiled, so not easy to clean. I don't even want to think about the stains and splashes... The shower/sink and toilet are separated by a partition, and the same sliding door can be used for one of the rooms. This means that after using the toilet you first have to move the sliding door in order to wash your hands. This inevitably leads to the sliding door becoming contaminated with germs.The mirror in the sink niche is so far behind the sink that it can only be used to a limited extent for men for shaving and for women for the cosmetic program. The mirror in the room is also not suitable for this because of the poor lighting. A pull-out cosmetic mirror on an accordion joint is missing. This is even available in the standard hospital...There is a major construction site right next to the hotel starting at 6:00 a.m. The noise is an imposition! Crane operators and construction workers have a direct view into the room, as long as it is not darkened with curtains.Neither in advance nor upon arrival (notice on the inside door of the hotel room: Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) was it clear that the entire breakfast consisted of a dry pretzel, an unripe apple and a coffee drink of your choice from the coffee machine. For breakfast, please visit the Wimmer bakery, which is located in the same building. You should be better informed in advance, especially if you are a traveler under time pressure for professional reasons.

We were exhausted and this place was so quiet that we slept really great! It's across the street from a mall, so we had plenty of food options there. Not sure where hotel breakfast was but we did eat at the place next door which was ok.(Maybe that was hotel breakfast?) Employees were helpful, access to public transportation just a block away. The room was small but clean and cozy. Worked just fine for us.

A kind of good room, but at this price there should have been proper amenities.No refrigerator, which I felt is a must.And also, no coffee machine.The room was a decent size with a queen size bed.At this price point, you can have many options near by.

Room corresponds to the price-performance ratio. Windows could be opened. Unfortunately, loud noises (e.g. loading and unloading of vans) could be heard even on weekends in the early morning hours when the windows were open. Our room faced the daycare center.

I had a good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was neatly made. The self check in was also pretty easy and saved me a lot of time throughout my trip. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My wife and I stayed here for a night to see Peter Fox at the Olympiahalle. We booked because of the location and price and were not disappointed. Convenience is off the charts with a supermarket next door and a big mall across the street. Check-in and check-out are fully automated so no hassles. There is nothing spectacular in the amenities but it is a great price for a well placed homebase in northern Munich.

So far everything is ok. But please think of the craftsmen and their cars. A normal car like Benz Audi and so on, can be parked in the underground car park, costs just as much. We have so much trouble parking some days. Thank you.
