Even has 2 11kW electric car charging points from Wirelane in the hotel parking lot directly behind the entrance. Worked perfectly with credit card. However, the reception could not provide the conditions for blocking fees. The Wirelane terms and conditions (via QR code) are too complex to understand during the given parking time.

I book for 3 people. The cot (for the third person added next to the double bed) is uncomfortable and cannot be seen and above all used given the inconvenience of the irons underneath which are annoying while a person is trying to sleep... moreover, for 3 nights they did not clean the room , they forgot they replied. Patience.Breakfast costs 18 euros.Friendly staff..But it is also true that it was the one that cost the least.HI

A special mention to Azra in the reception, she was very helpful when we arrived and found us a room earlier than the checkin. The hotel itself was a pretty standard one, and felt a bit overpriced.

It's outside the city, but it's peaceful and orderly. Conveniently travel near public transportation. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a kettle, hair dryer, and coffee pot next to the supermarket. I really like it, but it's during October Festival so the price is very expensive.

The hotel is basic but we found it to be clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. I slept well here. Only downside was not many English channels on TV but that would not be a complaint. Good location for public transport. Plenty of places to eat/takeaway and grocery stores.

If we could there would be 12 stars+*. What we experienced here was unique. Due to an emergency situation caused by two incompetent hotels and their reception staff - if you like to call them that - if you turn a blind eye, we came across this hotel and the said employee from the night shift at the reception on our third attempt and well after 3 a.m. on weekdays ! The empathetic/socially competent older gentleman is a piece of gold that hardly exists in today's work culture. Due to the incompetence of the other hotels in question, we ended up on the street after a lot of driving across town. Our plane was also delayed and also messed up our schedule, which created a domino effect, but since we had a 24-hour reception we didn't think anything of it. But we made the calculation without the audacity of the other hotels. But the Leonardo Hotel saved us, they listened to us and organized a final room with an extra bed within 30 minutes. Chapeau, some houses in the upper market segment can learn a lesson from this. I can only congratulate the hotel on having such an employee. You put a smile on our faces after a long and tiring day and also won us as customers. That's how the hotel industry works!Best regards

Very nice staff, the breakfast was very tasty and therefore worth the price, lots of choice and the €15 parking fee per night is also acceptable. The location is in the middle of the city, which means you can actually get anywhere because you have the subway and tram. The rooms are nice, soft beds, a small TV, closet with fridge and safe and a bath/shower. There was a crack in the bowl of our toilet (nothing happened, it just looked weird) and on the last day there was a stain on the top of the ceiling and it smelled, nothing that the air conditioning couldn't fix.

Hotel near the U3 metro terminus and with various public transport nearby (trams and buses). It has an underground garage at €15 per day, while it is difficult to park on the street as there are all parking spaces between 9am and 6pm on weekdays. The rooms are discreet, but both the common spaces and the rooms need renovation and above all the removal of the carpet, which shows extensive signs of age. TV (not smart) with few international channels. 24 hour reception and decent breakfast (savory with a choice, sweets practically absent). Courteous and professional staff. Safe in the room, but in our case not working, always returned an error when entering the code. Small fridge in the room, convenient in summer, with free bottle of mineral water every day. Convenient coffee maker in the room. Price a little high compared to the real value of the rooms. Advice: absolutely remove the carpet in the corridors and rooms, integrate breakfast with some desserts (cakes, biscuits...).

Therefore 5 stars for the service.Delicious breakfast.Cleaning staff were very nice, although they didn't understand everything, they were still helpful.Room is older, bath towel with holes, carpet dirty both in the room and in the hallway. Generally unclean, rubbish in the garage, cigarette butts everywhere, stairwell dusty and the atmosphere on floors very unfriendly.A lady commands the employees who clean the rooms at a loud level... She doesn't even feel uncomfortable that we as guests notice.We were there for 4 days and saw the unfriendly lady smoking outside on the terrace very often... Frustrated? That may be true, but as a guest you don't necessarily want to experience something like that.

Dirty room, lots of dust and a huge construction site at the back with a few cranes and lots of trucks. The breakfast was nothing special and the selection was quite small, but ok.
