I fully paid for my room ,got in front of hotel , made my check in and never receive the Dor code , I had to get another hotel in the middle of the night , and after that it appears on booking that they cancel my reservation without refunding my money !!! This is clear theft !!!! The get you money , don't give you acces to your room and then they say you didn't come !!! This hotel is a bad joke !! Definitely not recommended! I got my room using booking and they also didn't do nothing about it , so they just took some free money and Insted of resting I had to search for another hotel !!! Worst experience ever !!!

As soon as you book the hotel, you get clear instructions on what to do next to confirm it. I paid for the booking and was told via email that I’d get my door code an hour or so before my check-in time. It was really easy.

Well maintained hotel with superb clean room. Can make something hot in kitchen part. Utensils with all need dishes. Fridge works very quite throught the night. Place ideal even for romantic night with glass of wine. Can recommend for everyone

First of all ; the hotel, which is designed american style, is visually very nice.There is no reception in the hotel.Check-in is done digitally.The beds are very comfortable.The room is large and spacious.Cleanliness is very good.I just had internet problem.Maybe they even fixed this problem already.

I was greeted with a filthy room that was not cleaned up after the previous visitors. Filthy sheets, towels and leftover food. After 10pm it is impossible to reach the hotel, so I was standing in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere without anywhere to sleep.We had to divert to a different hotel. Even now at 10 in the morning the next day I am still unable to reach them, therefore I’m writing this angry review. 0/10 would not recommend.

Booked en route from Austria. Price for 2 rooms in total 112 euros, so excellent value. Then I read the reviews. Oh, if only that turned out well.Once we arrived at the industrial estate, it turned out that they were still building the same building, the workers in their vans were still busy. Trying to enter the codes with fear and trembling. This went without any problems. The rooms were also well cleaned: bathroom, refrigerator, stove, kettle and dishes looked clean. Fine! Because we had 2 rooms on the ground floor with large windows that opened, we had good contact with our roommates next to us. Super!In the evening, close the windows because of crickets and other creatures.The location is very remote, but within 5 minutes by car you can reach the supermarket for some snacks and drinks. Not a cozy hotel in a nice area, but a great experience for 1 night. It's great that everything was right the first time, because otherwise contact with hotel staff would be very difficult: no one is on location.A car with a luggage cart was fine for us: just disconnect it and place the thing horizontally with the lock on it and the car in front of it.

We were there from July 5th. - July 7th, 2024 at the hotel in Gochsheim.Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work during the period mentioned, which is why we were forced to shower with ice-cold water. Despite a direct telephone complaint to customer service on Friday July 5th. Immediately after checking in the problem was not resolved.So we had to take an ice-cold shower the entire weekend. Room itself is fine, cleanliness was good, furnishings were functional.

In principle a great room, but the system is not yet fully developed. However, a lot of things don't work. So the TV was not connected to the system. When we called we were told we just had to set it up ourselves. Oh yes, there is no one there. The door has to be opened using a QR code every time. Since my husband doesn't know much about cell phones, I would have to go smoke with him every time. The light in the bathroom only comes on with a motion detector and goes off again automatically. But he was in the toilet. At night the room was bright as day because the light didn't go out for a long time. There is a sliding door in front of the bathroom, but it is so difficult to open that we had to open it. It goes on like this forever. It's all well thought out, but not well executed.

The hotel is functional. It is not a hotel to stay there for a long time. It serves its purpose for transit or as an assembly sleeping place.That's right, the rooms in the building face the main street. So you are woken up early by car noise. You have to be able to deal with it. Room wasn't completely clean. Among other things, I found earplugs under the bed, which suggests that they weren't cleaned thoroughly. The cleanliness was otherwise okay. Towels and bathroom clean. Bed quite hard, but you can sleep on it. So you have to know how to use the hotel, why you are there. There are better ones for a long vacation. For one night, that's the right thing. In July the rooms were warm and stuffy. No air conditioning available. It's okay if you know and take this into account beforehand. Therefore no criticism from me.When it comes to the location, you should also keep in mind that there is no supermarket or bakery in the immediate vicinity.
