We came as a family and booked two rooms.It was good that we had a parking space right in front of the door.The location of the hotel is also perfect. Restaurants are good and can be reached almost in the immediate vicinity.One of the two rooms was good - the other was mediocre.In one of the rooms, the garbage from the previous user could still be found under the bed...The employees we met were unfriendly and not really accommodating.The breakfast service was okay on all other days - but on the last day it was worse than bad. The lady was overwhelmed and in a bad mood. The guys who were at the counter and in the office also offered no assistance with uncovered tables or the requests of visitors in the breakfast room.The breakfast offering was manageable.The furnishings in the rooms are getting old.It smelled very musty in the house.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights - September 27 - 30 2024. For our entire three week vacation in Munich, Croatia and Spain this was by far the worst accommodation of the trip. The inflated Oktoberfest cost was 400 Euro per night. We have never spent that much on a hotel EVER but it was our anniversary and this one proved to be an absolute disappointment in every regard. The room was dirty, the furniture so stained we used our towels to spread out on the couch and chair. The fridge was not working - even after we plugged the thing in - crazy idea but thought that might help. Sadly, even the breakfast was anything but impressive but that is not the reason for this negative review. The response to our concerns regarding the above mentioned issues was to bring us another fridge and an additional chair (which certainly cluttered our small room even more) and it had the back broken out of it. The hotel responded to my request of a 1/3 refund was to explain that they were very sorry but it was Oktoberfest and staff was trying their best due to an “intense turn over”. They offered a 10% refund of 132 Euro. My question is why a hotel room would be in such deplorable condition at any time? This, by the way, is not a 100 room hotel. While this hotel is in an excellent location I would suggest you keep looking if you are staying in Munich.

Love,love, love this hotel. Quaint and so German. Food delicious. Staff is so friendly and makes you feel like family. Close to the palace. Restaurants with walking distance. Can not wait to return. Thank you.

Quite a traditional hotel oozing charm. Situated in a beautiful residential area but with east access to the city centre, the hotel ensures a good night’s sleep. Bedrooms are very clean and traditional with good facilities. |The staff at this hotel are amazing. They could not have been more helpful.

The room was very small. Unfortunately our shower door was broken and wouldn't close. It was unbearably warm and it was difficult to leave the room open on the ground floor. When we left we were only greeted with a goodbye. No question whether everything was ok etc. The proximity to the tram is really ok.max. 10min walk.Breakfast was good.

Charming Hotel with Friendly Staff, but Room for ImprovementWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and helpful reception staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were eager to assist. We also appreciated the convenience of purchasing our train tickets at the reception.However, our room could benefit from some functional updates. The shower door was broken, and we missed having a coffee machine in our room. Instead, we had to order coffee from the reception at an extra charge.Overall, this hotel has potential, but a bit more attention to detail would make a big difference.Rating: 3.5/5"

The hotel is extremely shabby. The mattresses are worn out. The sink light in the bathroom didn't work. The cosmetic mirror cannot be used normally unless you are between 1.90 and 2.00 m tall. The window frames and sills were certainly last cleaned several weeks ago. The small minibar/refrigerator is on the carpet, which certainly doesn't comply with fire protection. The stair railing is loose. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right here. If you want to spend money unnecessarily, do so here. The plus point is the hotel's good location. It is not far to public transport. The breakfast was standard.

I never imagined that such a hotel could be offered to customers in 2024, it looked like a haunted house, we heard creaking noises continuously, the reception was cold, the room (cell) was poorly lit, the lamp on the head, it's gratuitous torture, there was no garden as indicated, it was an experience to forget, I will never recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies.

Excellent location, not far from the hotel is a tram stop that will take you to the Olympia Stadium. If you're going to a concert, it's ideal and at a reasonable price. And you also get a parking space in the price 🤘
