I had to take care of the key code myself. On the day of departure he came by email. After written notification that the key code did not work, no response or apology. The invoice went out on time the next day. I missed a hairdryer.

Rooms are OK, beds are quite comfortable. Cleanliness was okay except in the bathroom. Limescale and signs of mold in the shower. Hosts and house technicians are not very experienced in hospitality. Price/performance ratio is not quite right. Not recommended.

I booked through booking.com. The journey on October 5th, 2024 by public transport was very easy. A stop is almost right in front of the door. There is a direct bus connection to Ingolstadt main station. The hotel itself struck me as clean, tidy and hospitable. I also liked the key safe, so you can arrive at any time. Tea is available for free and cold drinks can be bought cheaply from the fridge on a trust basis. My room and bathroom were also great. A clear recommendation from my side.

The internet didn't work all week.Despite several phone calls and assurances that the internet would be checked, exactly nothing happened.The television is turned down to a volume of 30, but unfortunately you can't understand anything if you open the window because the guesthouse is on a busy street.

The room was clean but had a cool character. The beds were great👍 for sleeping, I found the bathroom a bit cozy but clean and there was no hairdryer👎 In the morning there was no option to book breakfast, the whole thing looked a bit deserted, you would have had to make your own coffee as you walked past . Nevertheless, it was very quiet around and I slept very well, the bus connection was great even at night.😊👍

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Ingolstadt, but the bus stop to the center is practically in front of the door. It's still not quiet, because from 5:30 a.m. rush hour traffic flows directly past the hotel. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Only in the shower was there (unfortunately in many hotels) no shelf for shower gel or shampoo. In the narrow shower, putting it down at the bottom is always an acrobatic act. The breakfast room and the breakfast are completely loveless. Only light rolls, no decent cereal, no fruit, the office in the breakfast room, no friendly greeting and Easter decorations in October. We definitely won't come back.

Very good price/performance ratio. Simple but clean room (unfortunately without a hairdryer). Fridge with drinks freely accessible on the ground floor with payment on a trust basis. Recommended!

A lot of things don't add up. The room had nothing to do with the room on the website. Very dark due to the covered slope. No lamp at the desk, socket in the lowest corner. Only 1 bedside lamp. Very loud from the street. Bathroom tiny, hairdryer on request. Breakfast minimalist. Zero fruit. We wouldn't stay here again. How do the good reviews come about?
