I'm actually almost a permanent guest here because the rooms - especially on the upper floor with a terrace - are very nice. The service at the reception is top, but very poor in the attached brasserie - the staff is smoking outside the door in the morning, you can't get coffee early in the morning... What a shame!

Under the pretext of climate protection, there is simply zero room service, even if desired and requested.The approach chosen by the hotel is a pure reduction in the quality of service under the guise of environmental protection. Due to the labor shortage, this is understandable, but it is already obvious. Two minutes of vacuuming and making the beds won't have a major impact on the environment...of course you don't always have to change the towels, that's normal anyway. Impossible for this price!!!

The place is clean, the room is small but very beautifulThey do not have a coffee bar, but when we asked for a water kettle, they provided it for usThe behavior of the staff is very niceThe hotel has private parking + the hotel’s location is close to everything, with shops, restaurants and markets around you

We stayed here for two nights. Staff was extremely helpful (I.e., arranging taxi, supplying extra towels, reservations etc). Rooms were tidy, big and most importantly clean. Tip; go to petit fritz! I would come back here! :)

The room is newly renovated and beautiful. It's clean too, but DO NOT go here in the summer! No air conditioning and it is terribly stuffy in the room, even with the windows open. You can't sleep because you can't stand it. The staff is nice and immediately brings a fan, but this doesn't help much. For the price you pay it is not normal that you get this. Also spoke to other guests and they had the same problem. Location is great. Fortunately, we only spent 1 night in this hotel and then luckily another hotel with air conditioning. Can't imagine having to stay here for a few nights. If there was air conditioning the hotel would be good, but unfortunately. Hope they do something with this negative review and install air conditioning quickly.

We had booked two single rooms for the Coldplay concert (August 15, 2024) for €229.50 each. Since we were affected by the Palma-Munich flight cancellation, we couldn't go to the concert and as a result we didn't need a room. We explained our situation to the reservation agent, but 90% (€206.55/room) was withheld as a cancellation fee.We completely understand that we were not refunded the full purchase price, but we could have looked for solutions, such as vouchers etc.Very disappointing and absolutely inhumane.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 p.m., we were supposed to be allowed to check in from 3 p.m. After waiting an hour, the receptionist gave us a free update. Unfortunately the room wasn't clean and the "air conditioning" didn't move anything except warm air. When we left the hotel I had it set to cold. After 4 hours it was still exactly the same temperature in the room.However, the location is quite nice, easy access to the subway and S-Bahn, bakery and shopping opportunities nearby. At night it is pleasantly quiet.

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FEEL SICK AND NOT SLEEP FOR TWO NIGHTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. WASTED MONEY. The only positive note is the location.

Excellent location, the Italian girl at the reception was really kind, but listen, there is NO air conditioning. THE ROOMS ARE HOT! And as confirmed by the staff, THERE IS NO air conditioning system but only ventilation, which therefore simply moves the (hot) air in the room. ABSURD! €348 for two nights for not being able to sleep due to the heat. NOT ADVISED

The hotel it self is nice. But no airconditioning so the room was 30C the whole night. The price too high for a night without sleep. Location etc is good but only in winter time. I would not advise it for summer.|The little restaurant downstairs is very nice

Stay away from this horrible hot hotel. I Got a dangerous heat stroke from the room in the hotel, there was 45 degrees warm. I have no ides how the very german lady offered me a room that was directly in the Sun. I was sick when I came, and the german lady, was the most cold person, I have ever met. She did not care at all. She wanted me to pay directly, a few hours after I moved to another hotel at the same street. I lost all my money, and Got dangerously sick from the extremly warm room. She did not care at all. I don’t Think she likes her job. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. 300 m from this hotel is another one Schwabinger Wahrheit by Geisel. They have perfect aircondition, and the staff is super kind. Go there and safe yourself from the most horrible hotel ever. They should pay me back. It was dangerous and useless. I Got high fever, I Will never forget how she treated me, when I had this extremly dangerous heat stroke.

The hotel is very nice and very well located! The only reason I WON'T go back is because they don't have air conditioning. I don't understand how there are hotels without air. Sleeping in the room was very difficult and uncomfortable since it was very hot.

Great location, 10 minutes to the English Garden, directly in the neighborhood with the Schwabinger gastronomic life. Great.The service in the hotel is also outstanding, super friendly. We are excited. Any time!!!

Hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, a few stops from the old town city center, which was convenient but still quieter and more relaxed than the crowds in the old town.Our main issue was the A/C, or the lack of one. It was very hot and the a/c system in the room was terrible. The room was super hot and humid and it was impossible to stay in the room. When told to reception they were indifferent and offered to bring a fan to the room, which did very little.This is completely inadequate for a relatively new hotel.In addition we didn't like the room design, as it had no storage space at all, which was very impractical and inconvenient.The hotel policy for linen and towels replacement every 4th day was quite exaggerated in our opinion due to the desire to help the environment, I would appreciate if such decision will be of the guests and not as restricting policy which damage the experience.All in all, a big disappointment
