Unfortunately, my experiences here weren't as good. When we arrived, we and other guests had to wait about a quarter of an hour for staff. Then we put the suitcases in the back room. They are well protected and locked there, which was good anyway.Later we got the room and well, it doesn't make a good impression when you are immediately greeted with a musty smell. It smelled like the floor had been mopped with old water and it smelled very clearly. We grabbed two towels from the service room, which happened to be open, and mopped the floor ourselves with water to contain it a bit.The shower fittings were also negative. You can only hang the shower head so that all the water splashes high up against the shower curtain. Whoever put this up wasn't thinking at all.Otherwise the room was fortunately clean.

Check-in didn't work. Staff was unfriendly and not really helpful. The parking lot was full but we were not offered an alternative. It was said that if you were lucky you would find one nearby. Our room was on the top floor but the elevator was broken. There wasn't even a sorry or an apology. There is mold on the wall in the room and the walls are very, very thin. It was an emergency solution for us but I have to say I would rather sleep in the car.

First of all, the description says that the parking lot is inside the hotel, nowhere does it say that you have to pay extra. Upon arrival we were told that parking was not included and we could not park there. Our room was missing bed linen which we later had to collect from reception and put on the bed linen ourselves. The windows were open, the heating didn't work. After we reported to reception that the room was cold and the heating wasn't working, the answer came that we should close the windows.Very rude and unprofessional!

Small rooms, long waiting times at check-in, noise at night, no elevator, cleaner only emptied the trash...

It is okay for what it is! I ended up here while attending a conference in the city at the same time as Oktoberfest, so the city was nearly fully booked and extremely expensive. The staff is nice enough. The cleanliness is okay. Sadly, the walls are very thin and the mattress horrible, so my sleep there was far from great.

The price-performance ratio wasn't very good, you didn't even get the standard for the money. …
