We were sent from the 1st Creatif elephant Hotel to the Deutsches Theater because they were overbooked and therefore put me in this hole without consulting me. From a French double bed to a sagging, uncomfortable 1.40m mattress, old, shabby furniture, instead of 60s charm, sockets that fall out of the wall, an elevator that can't carry any weight, stained mattress, dirty bathroom, mold on the ceiling, musty, smelly Rooms, smelly drains, dirty towels... Within one night I was really shocked in all sorts of ways. It's a shame that a hotel like that is allowed to complain.

It is well located between the center and the station, but the atmosphere on the streets isn't so nice, especially at night. Service was great, and they have green apples for you to take at the reception.

Very basic. Lots of mold in the bathroom and the faucet was coming apart. We have been traveling around the world and have not stayed in this kind of place ever. The sofa was stained and dirty. The man in reception wasn’t friendly at all. They were price gouging as it was Oktoberfest, very loud until 3am then started again at 6 am. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only the location is convincing. The stairwell is run down, the carpet is stained, the sofa is broken. Our room already had clear signs of wear. The bed base was scratched, the headboard was loose, the wardrobe was loose. The negative highlight was the bathroom. Mold on the joints. As we all know, pictures say more.

The only pro is that it is close to the station, you don't need transport to get there. …

Dirty Towel, No AC in the room, poor quality curtain. Nothing good apart from the apples they serve at the checkin desk :)
