The hotel room is clean, the interior is relatively new. The building is "of course" old, but that doesn't detract from the rooms. From my point of view, there is unfortunately no cozy hotel bar, only a drinks machine, the breakfast room is in the location of the Italian restaurant that is "integrated" in the house, which is otherwise very good, is relatively dark and uncomfortable for me.The breakfast "is poor" but is enough, the price is a "matter of taste" 😊Sorry if I'm just getting to the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. You don't have to go to the location on foot, there's nothing worth seeing and nothing to stop off at, or I didn't find it 😃

The pictures would speak for themselves.I summarize:- stains on the sheets,- crushed insect between sheets and bed frame (looked like an ant),- hair and crumbs on the pillow,- Shower head only works halfway (probably nozzles calcified),- took a cold shower because the water only became lukewarm after 5 minutes,- Cobwebs under light strip directly above the bed,- Cockroach in the hallway.Slept poorly (out of disgust) and showered poorly. Not a nice stay. This might be okay in a gazebo, but unworthy for a hotel.Unfortunately, the friendly staff at check-in didn't help to improve the experience.Points are only deducted for service because the reception is only open until 9 p.m., otherwise I would have mentioned it personally in the evening. Unfortunately there is never time for something like this when checking out in the morning.

My husband and I visited this place on a cycle trip across Europe. We did a self check in. The room was clean, not very big but it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.It had a flat screen TV, a hairdryer, shower gel, and soap. It was out of town, which didn't matter to us as we were on bike. It was in a nice neighbourhood. They kindly let us store our ebikes inside. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have any.

Good hotel near subway. 5 min walk good value. The rooms and beds are good. The breakfast is high class. The restaurant / Pitzzerian serves very good food, both German and Italian. The restaurant helps up the hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience.Bathroom door broken, main room door repaired.Water in the shower doesn't drain, so the room is completely flooded. Breakfast poorly stocked and long waiting times for eggs etc. I can't recommend it.

I had to stay in the Perlach Allee hotel for a couple of weeks on a professional travel and I can only say good things about it. Of course the hotel is not recent and I really missed air conditioning in the room (hot August in Munich), but the overall experience was excellent.I really want to emphasize the Reception workers who really made me feel welcomed and all my requests attended very swiftly and professionally.I would recommend this hotel.

The accommodation served its purpose. Close to the subway, grocery stores nearby. Some of the guests were noisy, especially the children who ran from room to room in the corridor and left a mess behind. The advantage of accommodation is parking in the underground garage.

We were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the hotel. Overall a little old, but totally ok!Underground parking great! It costs extra (I mean 14 euros a day), but there are large parking spaces and can be used 24 hours a day via code!On weekends the parking spaces around the hotel are free and have no time limit, but during the week it's difficult! Then you are only allowed to stand in front of the hotel for 2 hours and parking becomes difficult!Breakfast wasn't that great, we wouldn't do it again! The Italian restaurant in the house is sensationally good and it was a pleasure there!U-Bahn/S-Bahn not far, bakery, Edeka etc. all around the corner; So a really very good location!!
