Very polished hotel, view of the lake a bit blocked on the lower floors but still makes for a great stay.

We were here during Oktoberfest and arrived late. At around 2 a.m. the outside door was locked. We had all forgotten our key cards. We rang the bell and no one answered. We called the hotel and no one answered. We had to wait 45 minutes until an old fat man with glasses came to the door. He was asleep and opened and said we shouldn't forget our key. That was rude. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay even though we complained to reception in the morning. The food was miserable. The rooms have a view of the building. Overall we won't be coming back.

Staying is bankruptcies, bad luck and mishaps. Extremely loud ventilation (cannot be turned off) in room 323. Changed to room 303, the shower head fell off when showering.Staff is helpful and hard-working. Technical defects are still extremely annoying. Departure with lack of sleep and showering with a hose :-(.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The food is delicious, breakfast is very extensive. The bar staff are very friendly, the view is great! The spa area was too small for us. It's also a shame that there was no staff available for massages in a wellness hotel for a week.There were used glasses and cups in our room for several days that had not been replaced. Dirty bed linen was not changed. That shouldn't actually happen in such an atmosphere.At reception we were given incorrect breakfast times, which is why we actually missed breakfast. Many thanks to the very friendly red-haired lady who gave us breakfast and was otherwise very friendly every morning!

During an autumn trip to Tegernsee we visited this hotel for 6 days. Unfortunately the location is not directly on the lake, the rooms are very well equipped, especially the comfort of the beds. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and the hotel's offerings. A good place from which you can easily explore the area.

A great hotel. It is very modern, but architecturally it still fits well into the surrounding area.The room was clean and you have a great view of Lake Tegernsee.The breakfast was extremely good, the service was very friendly and attentive.

A fantastic hotel directly on Lake Tegernsee!We were guests at Caro & Selig back in May and knew immediately that we would come back. My wife & I were in the house again in September and were not disappointed again. As soon as you arrive you immediately feel warmly welcomed and that's how the entire stay was - warm, relaxed and no wishes were left unfulfilled. The entire team is very friendly, helpful and always there for you. At this point we would especially like to send our warmest regards to the team at the reception and the restaurant.The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We had our own balcony with a view of Lake Tegernsee, which we enjoyed enjoying with coffee and cake in the best weather. My wife & I also celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary and were very happy about the little convenience of delicious macarons and balloons. Thank you for that!We can also recommend everyone to take a detour to the Freyheit restaurant. In addition to the great breakfast in the morning, you can enjoy super delicious menus at lunch and evening, which are not only an eye-catcher in terms of the presentation, but also the price Performance ratio is more than fair. For cool drinks, head to the rooftop bar, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire Tegernsee while enjoying the best drinks - whether from inside or outside on the summer terrace.The wellness area with pool and sunbathing areas is very pleasant and the selection of different saunas is particularly noteworthy. Really great!We really had a great stay with you and felt very comfortable every second. We would like to thank the entire team again and say see you next time, because one thing is definitely clear to us: we are now regular guests with you 🥰

Short but good stay. Check in was really good, especially Marc! Attentive, helpful and friendly with his relaxed manner. Such employees are hard to find today.Bright room and great view of the lake, the spa area is modern and comfortable. View from the rooftop bar and drinks were also good, as well as a top location.

In this wonderful hotel I photographer my wedding couple as they were getting ready for their wedding. I love the design of the hotel, spacious rooms and views! The personnel of the hotel is super friendly and help you with anything you need to start your wedding day great!

Very nice new hotel.We were there at the end of August and were completely satisfied.The rooms are well equipped and have air conditioning.The spa area was also nice and everything was well maintained and clean.The breakfast is not cheap at 32 euros per person, but it was also convincing.The service staff was friendly everywhere, both on the roof terrace and at breakfast.We'd love to come back.

Very nicely decorated hotel with a nice pool and wellness area. Location near the lake, which is easy to reach on foot. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and food in the restaurant were great.

Wish I could rate with more than 5 stars. Stayed here for 5 days, hiking on the mountains and explorinh the lake. Returning home we were relaxing at the pool, at the sauna and steambaths. The spa area is huge plus to this property. The hotel itself has very beautiful interior design in public spaces as resistant lobby but also in the rooms, is spotless clean and I would like to mention the top service from all staff. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel has really high standards. Starting from check in with the amazing Alper, who provided recommendations for hiking and food during our stay but also every single day the whole front office team was smiling and willing to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the whole team is great always checking if we needed anything and taking orders. Many many thanks for the special decoration and the birthday treatment :) Last but not least another favourite place is the roof top bar. We were enjoying sunset and the great view savouring cocktails. Really loved the menu as local ingredients are being used. I am so looking forward returning to Tegernsee and staying in this fabulous hotel. Absolutely recommended!

Worst holiday village check in experience. A group of 6 teenage girls with their dad was checking in and the receptionist took his time. Second receptionist asking to wait, just watching. After 10 minutes same message because desk area is too crowded. I was dizzy because of hours of traffic jam on the highway, the heat. The receptionist working continued explaining the area, taking questions and answering them. After 15 to 20 minutes finally the check in. I cancelled. No thanks. 3 stars for the well designed lobby.

Nice new hotel. Modernly equipped room with a large bathroom and great shower. Well equipped with a kettle and Nespresso machine. Unfortunately, the fitness room is a bit dull. Great roof terrace overlooking the lake and bar with delicious cocktails. Our favorites in the photo. Campari Spritz and Limoncello Spritz.
