Charges €30 for early check-in. Underground parking spaces are narrow. Carpeted floor in the room. No double bed, just two single beds that can be pushed together but not attached to each other. Pillow uncomfortable.

"Good infrastructure:"There are trams opposite the hotel (1-2 minutes' walk) which take you easily to the nearest central stations (main station, shopping street, etc.)."Room/Cleanliness:"I am more than satisfied with my stay at the hotel 😊. The room was well equipped. It was clean and I felt comfortable in it. Everything you needed was there."Staff/Service:"The staff was more than friendly, competent and accommodating. I was traveling from Austria and had mistakenly booked a room at another Hotel Leonardo, but I really wanted to stay at this hotel (Dachhauer Str. 199).The receptionist Azra was friendly and tried very hard to accommodate my request. Since it was very spontaneous and late, rebooking proved difficult and impossible. The lady tried very hard to get the booking rebooked. Finally it worked out and we were both extremely happy. 😊Since I enjoyed my stay, I will come back. 😊

Booked a 3 bed room for 1 night. We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite by email in advance for €16.50. For the price we accepted, junior suite, you can't really go wrong with that, we thought. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given room 615, at the top, towards the back, nice and quiet. But that was it. The carpet and the lamp shades were already very rancid. The bathroom was very small and not exactly very clean. The room, or suite, was very large, but the beds were soft and totally uncomfortable, the big pillows, you couldn't lie on them, they were so hard. But the highlight was the third bed for our 1.85 m tall son, see photo. We stay in a few hotels a lot every year, but we haven't had such a bad time in years. The breakfast was ok and standard, although all the cold cuts looked a lot like stripped-down supermarket goods.Parking costs €15 and is directly accessible by elevator, but everything is very tight there.Unfortunately, we don’t have any recommendations in Munich. In Hamburg the Leonardo Hotels are significantly better.

At check-in, parking suddenly cost €15 per day. When the employee was politely asked about the unexpected costs, she got really bitchy and referred us to Booking. There are only two very narrow parking spaces for electric cars. And you only get 4 chips for charging, which are never enough for purely electric vehicles. The rooms were clean and okay, but the beds were quite shabby. The shower was quite narrow.
