The day we checked in, the receptionist was absolutely miserable. She was mean to the people in front of us, and then she definitely didn't seem interested in helping us. After the awful check in process, we went up to our room, where the AC was not working, and the handle to the window was broken. The TV was pretty small and outdated. They promise to "make you feel at home" with the satellite TV channels, but only about 10 worked. There was no mini fridge, which is fine as it didn't mention that there would be when I booked. Because of this, I went downstairs to try and get ice as there are no ice machines on any of the floors, and the same receptionist gave me an attitude when I asked for ice. She went to go get some, and came back and told me the ice machine was broken. Thankfully the person who replaced her was nice enough to run over to the Burger King to get me ice, as their new ice machine was not powered on. Overall, I should have expected it for the price during Oktoberfest. You truly do get what you pay for.

The room is very basic, it is just a room without any amenities such as a kettle or coffee. The AC did not work, the room never got below 24.5 degrees. We left the window open but this let in the rain and bugs which bit us up. The hotel is cheap, walking distance to a supermarket and the concentration camp. There is also a Sixt car hire in the building. That is about all good about this place.

Generic small room. Nothing fancy. Had a small TV and it served its need. Near gas station and store within walking distance. If you need a place on the cheap then this is your place. I'm usually in town for work at least could weeks at a time. I like the amenities ie large tv, pool, fitness room etc. I was here for only a day or two. It was quite and served its purpose. Other then front desk at check in, there was no service I required. Lol at your needs then search for hotel that meets the most. If your in a bind like I was then it was ok.

There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, so it is easy to park. The service is ok. Breakfast ok. Good location, close to a supermarket and restaurant. Standard-sized rooms with air conditioning, small desk, shelves, bathroom, no refrigerator. There is what is needed, but there is still work to be done on cleanliness.

I have never been able to stay in such a dirty and run-down hotel. The carpet with coarse dirt - angular stains. Dirty walls. The toilet could be cleaner. Bathroom definitely wasn't cleaned (short dark hair) - we both have light, long hair. The bottle of water in the room was the same as before - half full or half empty. Cleaning supplies were forgotten in the bathroom. Never again!!!!! And then such a price per night is unbelievable

Was there as a Coldplay concert goer.Positive:Free parking, chic rooms, good cleanliness, bathroom fittings clean and no dust or dirt.For the price the hotel was okay.A bottle of water, 0.5L, is available in the room and is on the house, thank you very much.Neutral: Cleanliness was good, the carpet was already a little more used with a few stains, toilet stone was more than clearly visible.The walls are plastered, simple signs of wear can be seen here and there.The breakfast is good, enough. It's enough but not much choice either.The air conditioning is not for laypeople. Loud and not adjustable in the simplest way.Below neutral, because I think something could probably have been done there under demand.The location is really great... easy to reach and in a quiet corner near an industrial area, but really far away from the train station.Negative:I can't say anything except that part of the parking lot was completely flooded because a manhole cover completely exploded and all the water came up from the sewer system.

Quiet rooms. Sufficient. Above all, there are real shutters on the windows here compared to the almost ineffective blackout curtains of most hotels!Breakfast not tested.Parking directly in front of the house.

The rooms are small but sufficient for 2 people. Free parking in front of the hotel, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately there is hardly any storage space in the bathroom and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted.

Very small rooms with a mini bathroom. The carpet in the room and in the hallway is very worn and no longer up to date.The breakfast consists of baked rolls like unfortunately in many hotels. There is a selection of sausages and cheeses and muesli is also provided.The younger blonde lady at breakfast is very attentive and concerned about the guest's well-being.Breakfast until 10 a.m., after which the staff can eat. We were able to sit and continue talking.On Sunday we and a few other guests were asked to go to the hotel lobby to hang out.The WiFi reception is good, parking spaces are free and there is a large selection in front of the hotel.Since the hotel is located on a main street, it is hardly possible to sleep with the windows open. The climate doesn't manage to cool down 3 degrees.

Service is only provided upon request. This means the room remains completely uncleaned until departure and possibly beyond. The breakfast buffet is middle class (nothing special) you just somehow get full.
