Very good, ambitious cuisine, friendly service, the boss personally comes to the tables at the end of the evening to ask whether you were satisfied. Cozy atmosphere. We were thrilled and would love to come back

We had a wonderful week in Steinbach. The apartment 'anno 1738' is very spacious and comfortably furnished. A bakery, butcher and a small supermarket are nearby. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the service is very friendly. The village is an ideal base for exploring the region. We will be back 😊

Herds Eintracht took care of the catering at our wedding and the food was delicious!The first meeting to discuss the menu was very positive!We had a good feeling right from the start and were not disappointed!Thank you for the smooth process and the delicious food!We would also love to come by the restaurant again!LG Linda & Sascha1000% recommended!

We stayed in two of the holiday apartments and reserved a table in the restaurant on the last evening. A beautifully selected menu with delicious German/Baden specialties. The food was consistently very tasty! For dessert there was a selection of sorbet (tip: definitely try the melon sorbet 12/10).The service staff at Eintracht were also very friendly. Finally, I have to say that Mr. and Mrs. Herd were excellent hosts. Recommended!

Went there spontaneously today (Tuesday) at 6 p.m. to have another homely meal. 3 out of 10 tables were occupied. The service staff immediately asked if we had reserved. When we said no, we were told that they couldn't offer us a place and that everything was reserved. 40 minutes later during a tour of the Städle there were still only 3 tables occupied - obviously they didn't want us. Not recommendable!

Very warm welcome at the restaurant as well as at the accommodation! Ideally located in the pedestrian street but with reserved guest parking.The setting is superb and the food delicious. Viennese escalope or rump steak, both are very tender and tasty - hearty. The fries are also worth a special appreciation! I recommend this delicious and relaxing stopover!

Very nice atmosphere.The staff is super friendly and attentive, but not intrusive at all. Very pleasant. I've experienced it differently. The food was really very good. The quantities were perfect, the taste was A+.Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the main course. There’s a picture of the dessert for that.Check it out!

We ate in this restaurant on October 1st, 2023 based on a recommendation.So far everything was fine, except for the prices.Here they charged 4.50 EURO for a small bowl of fries,5.50 EURO for a water!!!, 5.50 EURO for a bottled beer or 6 EURO (12 DM!!!) for a 0.5er draft beer - to name just 3 examples.When ordering, the question was asked about side dishes (fries, potatoes, etc.)so elegantly interwoven or formulated that we all believed that they were inclusive.If we had been alone, we would have left again,Because such completely excessive and customer-unfriendly prices are no longer understandable or acceptable for us.

Incredibly warm, friendly and child-loving landlady. Very cozy and personal atmosphere. The restaurant is absolutely recommended.Our requests for changes regarding side dishes and portion sizes, especially for the children, were happily implemented.The food itself was tasty, but not outstanding. For my taste it could have been a little more seasoned, and I would have liked one or two vegetables as an additional side dish, for example with the steak.

The service and the ambience are excellent, the kitchen is in love, the salmon dumplings are very, very salty, the salad would have needed more seasoning, you can't go wrong with the schnitzel and Swiss schnitzel, the rump steaks were ok, a big compliment for the dessert, the vanilla dream was outstanding, the passion fruit ice cream was also excellent, including panna cotta cream We are looking for a catering service where the food is outstanding, unfortunately the bride didn't choose them.

A visit to a restaurant is always a combination of measurable factors and individual and perceived impressions. Everything was perfect for us that evening, our first visit to Herds Eintracht. Very good cuisine and friendly, attentive service combined with a familiar atmosphere in a cozy restaurant gave us a feeling of well-being that is rarely found in today's gastronomy.The only personal disadvantage:With such Google reviews, future table reservations and thus the chances of a nice evening become just a little bit more difficult. But the hosts more than deserve it!

We visited the restaurant and can highly recommend the house cuisine. Regional dishes, very good service and a beautiful courtyard that is inviting when the weather is nice. But the interior is also lovingly designed. Table reservation recommended.
