I couldn't imagine that something like this still exists, it's 2024 and not 1940, beds were painted decades ago - paint chipped, furniture from the 1950s, rooms dirty, bathroom somehow antique, tangled cables for TV hanging freely in the room . We didn't stay there overnight and fled.

We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. We wish the owner all the best and look forward to coming back next year.Now we're back here (10 months later) and we feel totally ripped off by the lady at reception, we'll never come back, that's not how you treat guests who are supposed to come back. Unfortunately we now have to spend our 2 nights here because We have to pay anyway.Nothing left of the niceness of the gentleman who was at the reception at the time.Unfortunately I can't give any more stars, except for the location, as it's only a few minutes by car to Steinhude.

The rooms are simple but clean. The bathroom with shower too. Absolutely sufficient for one night in transit. They also made an effort with breakfast. Price/performance is right.

Was here for 3 nights, wouldn't come back. As a mechanic, I live a lot in hotels and that was the second worst I've stayed in.The room was furnished with miscellaneous furniture that doesn't belong in a hotel room due to its condition. The TV in my room has definitely never heard of Sky. But I had free roommates on 6 legs who diligently collected every breadcrumb. That was also the maximum level of cleanliness there was in this room. The bathroom comes from a different time and certainly doesn't correspond to modern taste, which wouldn't be a big deal if only it had been clean or broken things had simply been replaced.None of this can be justified with the "cheap" price, as the owner did, especially with regard to the furnishings, when I described my impressions. (Since I assume that he is reading this review, best regards, both hotels I have visited since then were cheaper and better furnished, the last one even had air conditioning.)The hotel and the outdoor area seem very unkempt, and some working time should be put in here too.My conclusion is therefore very clear. I won't be coming back and I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.I can't say anything about breakfast because I didn't book one.

Actually zero starsThis "hotel" does not deserve to be called a hotel. Not only is it old, dilapidated and dirty but it borders on ho... in terms of safety and function. On the bed near the head there was a socket (electric shock is inevitable) with a broken plug and a bare cable. The shower wall is completely defective and the shower head is poorly secured with a cable tie, both of which are unusable. Showering was not possible. The bed (1.60 m wide, but we had ordered a double room) was completely sagging and creaked with every movement. Sleeping was not possible. The carpets, especially in the hallways, dirty is an understatement. We have informed Booking and asked them to stop offering this “hotel”. We will also inform the hotel association as well as the trade inspection and occupational safety office.

Never this hotel again. I'd rather sleep in the car. Very dirty hotel. It's already starting in the hallways. Very dirty floors covered in stains. Sofas in the hallway are dirty and dusty. The room was way too warm in the summer. Not even a fan. Mold in the shower.Stains on the towels. Dirty beds. (Coffee stains or other stains on the bed frame. Pillow under the cover completely yellow with dark stains. (Blood?) Bed cover dark stains. Animals in the bed) Crushed spiders hanging on the wall and under the ceiling. There's also some dirt on the bedside table. Broken sockets. Beds totally worn out. You can feel every feather. Beds creak like crazy. The good thing was that luckily we were only here for one night.

Great hotel, good service, friendly staff. Well maintained and delicious breakfast. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything functions fine. Bus connection, ATM and village shop literally opposite.We were stranded here due to car trouble and received great help.

I wouldn't book the hotel again. Even if it's cheap, some things can just be expected.In addition to dirty floors, bed linen and bath towels, the overall impression was unfortunately not clean.In addition, sockets and switch covers were missing, the tap sprayed in all directions and the seal on the left window simply flew towards you when you opened it.In return, we got several roommates in the form of spiders and silverfish and a smell that probably doesn't go away so quickly in the room for free.Breakfast was poor and just ok.And we don't even need to talk about the furniture that is ready for bulky waste.The best thing about the hotel, other than being cheap, was probably the location.But it also has something good in that I will never book a hotel in this price range again.

I was in Wunstorf over the weekend. The room is very clean with its own bathroom. Decoration in the room and hallway is very good. The staff is very friendly. The location is very good. Breakfast is enough to start the day. I was there for 2 days. The bus stop is right opposite, or around the corner, less than 100 m. Public transport also runs until well after 10 p.m. on weekends. A village shop, savings bank, etc. can all be reached in seconds. Hanover can be reached by bus and train in around 1.5 hours. The Dino Park in Rehburg-Loccum can also be reached in 1.5 hours by bus. I will come to Hanover again, then this hotel👍

Was in Hanover with my best friend this weekend, the small hotel in Wunstorf offers a clean, nice, quiet room with a toilet and shower. It is very rural, the drive to Hanover city center takes about 1 1/2 hours.There is a small village shop right in front of the hotel where you can get everything you need.Staff super friendly, breakfast a bit expensive for my taste for what's on offer.All in all a satisfactory visit, gladly again.Payment processing was also super uncomplicated and cheap.

Nice, honest hostel for a trip to the Hanover area. Very fair prices, fairly clean rooms and everything you need in the bathroom. What I liked best was the friendliness of the owners. Gladly again.
