My husband and our dachshund Wilson were guests in this beautiful house for 5 days - everything was just perfect. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast everything your heart desires. We were very sad 😢 that we had to go back home. We'll definitely be back. Greetsiel is also very, very nice 👍. We were guests in this beautiful house with our dachshund for 5 days. The rooms and breakfast room are very lovingly furnished. The terrace and garden are beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture. You can take something out of the fridge at any time and stay there. The house is very clean and well maintained. The boss was always very friendly and helpful. She also had very good tips for staying in the area. We will definitely come back.

As in the previous year, we were fortunate to be able to get a room in the Krabbe von Greetsiel. The booking went completely smoothly again and we were really looking forward to Ms. Stroman, who lovingly made this small, fine hotel on Inselstrasse into a pearl of Greetsiel. We know “The Krabbe” from the old days when this house was still a restaurant and were thrilled with the very tasteful furnishings in and around the house. This time our room was on the ground floor, right near the breakfast room and the buffet, which is lovingly and generously prepared for the guests every morning. Since the parking spaces are right next to the house, the suitcases are quickly in the room and some drinks or food that you brought with you can be stored in the refrigerator right at the entrance, where a cute face you have drawn yourself wishes you a “nice holiday” on a blackboard. You immediately feel welcome, which is confirmed by the warm welcome from Ms. Stroman! We absolutely loved the room. The furnishings are extremely cozy and color-coordinated, with the dominant color being “Frisian blue,” which we really like. A decorative fireplace, plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, armchairs and other storage options, all with lovingly decorated accessories, a modern, small bathroom with shower, hairdryer and plenty of towels, a small cloakroom in the entrance area, everything is absolutely clean and perfect prepared: great!At that time we had a pretty wet storm and after our trips into the surrounding area, we were even more looking forward to our cozy room.When you come next to the breakfast room and have a few nice guests at the next tables, the coffee or tea, the rolls, the bread and the eggs in all variations taste even better, along with many other offerings that leave nothing to be desired .Once again a successful stay and no, absolutely no reason to change hotels!Have we raved too much? Other people who want to go on vacation read our little report, maybe tell others about it and then WE won't get a room anymore... well, that would be our bad luck! My wife and I will definitely come back and are looking forward to a few days in the “Krabbe von Greetsiel”!

We have already spent a few nights in this wonderful hotel and have been very satisfied every time. The rooms are furnished with attention to detail and you immediately feel at home. The breakfast room is comfortably furnished and the breakfast is delicious. The owner is a nice and friendly hostess with whom you can also have nice conversations. Overall, we are very happy to have found this hotel and would come again and again.

The country house is in a good location outside the center of Greetsiel and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.A very well-kept house with a large, beautifully designed terrace; our room was beautifully, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail.This also applies to the breakfast room in a maritime design.The breakfast itself was rich and varied and was prepared every morning by Ms. Stromann and her great employees.An all-round successful stay that we would be happy to repeat. We stayed in this small, charming, privately run hotel for 10 days in September. The rooms and breakfast room are tastefully and maritime-style furnished. Ms. Stromann and her employees were always concerned about the guests. Especially at breakfast there is nothing missing and the loving presentation gave the buffet a special touch. We spent a few days in this small, quiet, privately run house in September. Here, unlike hotel chains, you can clearly feel the personal touch of the hotel. The management and all employees are happy to respond to all guests' wishes. While having breakfast together in the small, tastefully furnished breakfast room, you quickly get into conversation with the other guests, who obviously also feel very comfortable here.A clear recommendation for everyone who doesn't need the impersonal atmosphere of hotel chains on vacation.You're happy to pay the appropriate price and leave with the feeling that you'll definitely come back again.Thanks!

I stayed in this small, fine hotel with a friend for 10 days. We found it tastefully and comfortably furnished. The room was very clean and everything was cleaned and changed daily. The breakfast service was, in our opinion, very good. All the food was fresh and tasty, rolls and bread were plentiful and fresh. Several homemade jams and fresh fruit salad every day, nothing canned. As a surprise There were also home-baked cakes. The entire staff and also the owner who runs the hotel were always courteous and super nice. If you didn't feel like going for a walk, there was a very large, comfortable terrace that invited you to linger.

After a year we are here again. Some of the furniture is new. The owner takes great care of her house. Still a very nice hotel, lovingly run, very friendly and accommodating, delicious and very attractively decorated breakfast buffet, nice rooms, we can recommend this hotel without reservation and will come back.
