Disaster!!!I was booked into the guesthouse on November 7th, 2023 after a 14-hour day at work and just wanted to shower and go to bed.Arrival at 8 p.m., in front of my lockable patio door there was a tray with beer bottles and garbage, after I had the key and I entered my (room), I had no electricity.The owner lives next door and came very quickly to take care of it.After an hour the problem was solved.Then I wanted to shower, a weak, lukewarm jet came out of the old calcified shower head. Well, I had to endure everything, but when I wanted to go to bed, it collapsed under me (1.83m / 100kg)I then called the owner repeatedly and was told that he couldn't always check all the beds, after all they were rooms for fitters. He assured me that I would get the money back, I'm curious.So I drove 2.5 hours home.Conclusion: Old house with bulky waste facility, which is reminiscent of a refugee accommodation.This accommodation is unreasonable for anyone, except for the insects that live in the room.

Unfortunately, my minimum requirements were not even remotely met. The ambience from the outside, coupled with the room furnishings, is reminiscent of the 70s. It may be that some people would describe the underlying price-performance ratio as interesting, but I preferred the price, which was almost the same in the Ibis Budget (with considerably better equipment). Conclusion: unfortunately cancellation!

I stayed there this week from July 29th, 2023 to August 5th, 2023. I have to say I'm shocked!There was no staff at the facility upon arrival, we were told in the confirmation email where the key was. When we got to the room we felt sick. The plaster was already crumbling on the walls, the toilet seat wasn't installed securely, the beds weren't freshly made, the armchairs in the room had stains, the curtains couldn't completely cover the windows, there were broken tiles in the bathroom and last but not least that was missing warm water for showering. Within a week we saw a cleaner who was only in the room once and only emptied the trash can in the bathroom and didn't make the beds or clean tables or anything like that. There was a musty smell in the air throughout the house. After speaking to the owner, we were assured that the cold water would be taken care of, but it still took an estimated 5 minutes before the water got reasonably warm. Since we were only two people, we only needed a two-bed room, but we were allocated a three-bed room. After conversation we were told: "There was no room with two beds available, so there is one with three.". Even though we wanted one with two and got one with three (behind our backs), €100 was added to the final total.All in all, absolutely poor service, a lack of human dignity and no interest in the customer.NOT RECOMMENDED!!! NO WAY!!!

I had booked a room there for friends. They said that it didn't work with my credit card and that this had to be paid on site. Which is okay, it can always happen. But now I noticed that the transaction went through and the payment was made twice. I called several times and was assured that this would be transferred promptly. We had the first conversation a little over a month ago and the money hasn't been returned yet.

The accommodation was clean, but the TV didn't work. Even after consulting an employee, nothing was improved. Unfortunately, the property is close to a train line and this can be heard.

Price performance is good! Cheap, simple, cozy and tidy. Breakfast was rich.The house is absolutely central to the trade fair and the concerts in the TUI Arena. The Masch for beautiful walks is just a stone's throw away. You can also cycle there to Hanover.Nice contact with the staff.

Let's start with the positive. The staff was friendly. But that was it from the side. The equipment is old and in poor condition. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The beds were definitely not newly made, an absolute no-go. The flat screen TV is an old tube TV, something I haven't seen in almost 20 years. The deep blue curtains are partly faded gray, the toilet lid is broken, the shower curtain is tattered and the small refrigerator makes noises as if it is about to explode (so the decision is refrigerator or sleep), to name just a few of the highlights. The breakfast, which should cost €8.50 on the booking page, should then cost €15 per person per day on site. Hygiene and cleanliness are the be-all and end-all of accommodation and that is completely inadequate here. Facilities, price and service are not relevant as long as the minimum level of cleanliness and hygiene is not achieved, which is not achieved here, hence minimal points.

Terrible! We booked 2 rooms, a double room and a single room. Even before we actually arrived, we noticed that in addition to the room costs, an additional €45 had been charged to our credit card. Breakfast was supposed to cost €8.50 per person and didn't explain the cost... We wanted to ask when we arrived.We were given a telephone number to call one hour before arrival. The number wasn't assigned, we checked several times to make sure we were typing the right number, but it was given to us incorrectly.Arrival was a bit of a shock. The surroundings were completely unkempt, weeds, the house wall was porous and everything seemed very run down. The "entrance doors to the hallways or rooms are a kind of balcony doors with a lock. The reception was completely full of rubbish, in the dining room there was a drying rack with "washed" sheets and towels. The boss gave us the keys and showed us our rooms.The double room shared a hallway with another room. The room doors are simply wooden room doors and very simple. We entered the room and were shocked. It smelled of old urine, the floor was dirty, there was dust and cobwebs everywhere, the walls were partly damp with mold and partly porous. The bed was dirty. The “curtains” are very economical. The room faces the street so every walker can look in. He just said he'd just ventilate quickly... But that didn't really help. The bathroom was a complete disaster. The toilet seat was broken, no shampoo or anything like that. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was poorly constructed, the mattresses were worn out and the slatted frame had individual boards. The fridge is very loud and we had to turn it off otherwise we wouldn't have been able to sleepThe flat screen TV as advertised was a small tube television that was far past its prime and beeped louder than the sound could play. There were other guests living above us. The whole thing is so extremely noisy that you can hear every little noise.Everything seems very rustic, dilapidated, old and dirty. We were suspicious because according to Google there is no house here and the pictures in the ad are completely different. Ultimately it is an annex to the main house, which is down the street.We feel pretty cheated and just find it disgusting. Never again and not recommended!

Dirty rooms (dead spider next to the sink), the doors are stuck, the rooms are incredibly noisy. We waited for an hour until we got our rooms and then had to be moved to another hotel because ours had water damage. Very poor service and the copy of our ID was left in the middle of the reception desk for everyone to see.

One of the worst accommodations I have experienced. Room with very musty smell. Dust everywhere, whether on the windowsill or in the bathroom.No invoice was received upon departure because there was no hotel staff at 8 a.m. on a Friday morning but "only" the cleaning lady without the authority to issue an invoice.The whole thing is very sad.
