When “cleanliness” is trampled on and you first have to wash the dishes yourself so as not to boil straight away!Pee stains from the previous guest around the toilet, smeared table, strange hair in the bed, no light in the entrance area of the room, where the black lacquered cupboard is located (probably so that you can't find your things anymore), the completely empty soap dispenser is hanging on the frame (the full soap dispenser is next to it - do it yourself)! There is also an electric door opener that takes around 15 seconds to respond. An absolute disgrace!!! Never ever!!! I'm from the hotel industry myself and would be ashamed if I offered such a place to my guests!Either you charge €20 more per night and have reasonable cleaning staff or you don't!

Beautiful large windows and modern furnishings. Unfortunately, that’s it for positive information. Poorly cleaned - “weird” stains in the shower, splashes everywhere in the bathroom, hair in the bed, used glasses with lip prints. There is a pot, but it looks like you don't want to use it. No pan, no microwave, no coffee machine… we wanted to have breakfast in the room once on 4 nights - unfortunately it wasn't possible.Shower gel in holder empty. But everything you can install yourself is next to it.Even if it's a good price in a hurry, cleanliness and hygiene are a must.

A straight 10 out of 10. Check-in worked without any problems and we got into the room without any restrictions. An absolute recommendation for the price. Very chic rooms look modern and very clean. Would definitely book again.

I can't say anything negative about the outside view, there are two catering options within 200 m. But then everything positive is nullified: when you stand in front of the room door you can't open it, you can't reach anyone by phone (around 22°°) - you just look "OLD".Good for those who have strong nerves and know alternatives.

Excellent and spacious parking right under the window. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything you need. There is a mini kitchen where you can prepare food. A huge refrigerator (usually hotels have mini refrigerators), but here it’s almost the same as the one you have at home. Spacious and comfortable shower. There are chargers for electric cars at the hotel and a Tesla charger next to the hotel. There is also a McDonald's within a 2-minute walk. There is a Lidl store and other restaurants and shops 1.5-2 km away. Overall very conveniently located and equipped. Excellent view of nature from the window.This is a hotel without staff. Everything is done digitally. To enter your room or check in, you need to go to the website and activate access. Every time to open the door of the room you have to go in and make a request via the Internet. If your mobile phone is dead, you will not be able to get into your room! Add the glitches of modern technology to this and you get a very unpleasant result. I was only able to access the room 3 times. I had to call the operator. The first room did not work, I was moved to another, the second also did not work and only on the 3rd attempt I was able to enter the third room. As a result, I spent about half an hour calling and waiting.The kitchen was dirty. Someone was frying something greasy and the entire side panel was covered in greasy streaks and drops. Otherwise the room was clean. Maybe you forgot to clean the kitchen? Don't open the windows, mosquitoes will fly in.

We booked very spontaneously and were more than positively surprised when we entered the room. One door took a little longer to open, but the other opened easily with the link received. The rooms are great, very clean and modern, furnished to a high standard. The large windows with the view are really nice! More than comfortable for a room in transit and a great location. McDonald's and the gas station opposite, the bakery and supermarket are just a few minutes' drive away.

The hotel is very nicely decorated if you can get into the room.You should also never worry about making it back into the room.The room keys are digital and work poorly.Not recommended for an uncomplicated stay.

Worst experience i have ever had with a hotel.. We were supposed to stay here from July 6th to July 7th. We arrived at 22:05 and tried unlocking the door with the provided link. That didn’t work. The service number closes completely at 22:00, so we could not contact anyone. Instead we followed all the guides the automated phone voice provided - which was to no help.The only thing you are really adviced to do is book another room - but none is available.We are extremely unsatisfied with this experience.We ended up driving to a nearby hotel to get a room for the night. Now we will do everything to get NOM Hotel to reimburse the night.Side note: another couple at the hotel had the same experience - however they arrived before 22 and was able to call the number and get their door open.So IF you decide to stay here, arrive EARLY so that the support phone can open the door.

Super automated hotel without reception.The rooms are clean and newly furnished. Location by freeway exit and McDonald's restaurant.The condition is to perform the electronic check-in on time and to have a smart phone available for electronic control of the lock.Ideal for rewriting on the go.

We are standing here in front of our booked room and can't get in. No one answers the service number, see screenshot. It's not possible. Why book the room if you can't get in. We feel really ripped off.
