Nice hotel and suitable for a short overnight stay. Unfortunately we got a room facing the street where there is a lot of traffic.

The sustainable idea runs through - and that's great! Checking in with code worked without any problems. My uncle, who didn't have the email ready, was also guided through by phone. Rooms neat and clean, unfortunately the hotel is on a main road - and has no curtains/shutters. What a shame!Breakfast regional and organic - and yes, manageable, but I don't think there can be any other way if I want to work sustainably. I thought the coffee flat rate for 4 euros was great! Ah and the bikes in the basement are really helpful too!

Mold was simply covered up with white wallpaper, and it still breaks through the wallpaper. This can also be detected by smell. And there is quite a bit of mold. This is room 11 in question.

Unfortunately, all I can say about the hotel is that I have never seen it from the inside. There is no reception, apparently only self check in. I didn't receive a code for it. The designated phone number at the entrance is of little help if no one answers the phone. There was also no response to my text message. Not even the next day. I then spent 4 hours on the highway in the evening instead of lying down in the hotel bed. There wasn't even a cancellation. Paid for 2 nights, didn't get any. I've never experienced anything like that and I spend a lot of time staying overnight for work.

Everything is clean, fresh, tastefully and objectively designed. Great bed mattresses! Only the roller blind in the bathroom showed mold.Staff very friendly.Location unfavorable for people who sleep with the window open because the house is on a street corner - at least if the room faces the street. The house is also noisy (1st floor). We would still come back.

The hotel's best days are long behind it. Crumbling plaster, dingy carpet, broken hairdryer and black spots in the shower are not the best business card. …

It seems that you can check in at the front desk and at the machines next to the entrance. The machine didn't know how to do it. There were two ways to check out: at the front desk or on a tablet in the room. I am at the front desk both in and out, and I use my card key to open and close the entrance and my room. Are the staff free from work after noon? . Or will some remain? There is no one in sight. There is no elevator. The hotel is small, and the interior is made mainly of wood, giving it a warm feel. The room has a TV, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, and a tablet that doubles as a guide book with various information on it. You can also cancel cleaning. Also check out. Gel soap is installed in each shower boost wash basin. Is it for eco-friendly purposes and the cold climate? . There are extra blankets and hot water bottles. I was able to sleep warmly thanks to you.Breakfast will be prepared on the day you request it at the front desk. It's a simple menu that costs 9 EUR and also reduces food waste. The staff was kind enough to help me, who is Japanese and has language difficulties, with translations on their smartphones.I would like to use it again the next time I come to Yurzen.
