Initially we were very enthusiastic, great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Weser weir on the doorstep, but disappointment came quickly.Since it started to rain and we had already arrived in the area, I called to ask if we could move into the room a little earlier. However, the lady on the phone didn't understand what I wanted and said she had to talk to her colleague and would call back, but even then she still didn't know what I wanted.We then moved into the room and on the third call I said everything was ok.Nice large family room with two separate bedrooms. A toilet with a sink and a bathroom with a tub. After washing my hands, the floor in the toilet was wet. This time I informed the landlord via email because she wouldn't understand me anyway.Two gentlemen also came, looked at it and said: OK, not now. We then only used the sink in the other bathroom.In the evening I was overcome with complete disgust. I just wanted to take a shower, but I had to clean the tub first. Hair and shower residue. I noticed that there was black mold in all the joints. The children's room also had black mold on the entire window side up to the bed.I informed the landlord again via email because it was already late. The next day, we were finally here for a short vacation. Did they want to send someone to clean the mold? Cleaning hasn't helped here for a long time. Told her we were on the way and they could fix it after we left.The question about a partial refund was not answered.We absolutely cannot recommend it and will never book here again.

Pretty much everything is missing, from service to hooks for towels. We were given stained towels and bed linen. Booking advertises breakfast, but there is no one in the house to serve it. The only good thing is the location.

Affordable accommodation in a quiet environment. Reachable by many train lines and quickly reach culinary corners of Bremen. One towel is provided per person. In terms of equipment with TV and internet. Huge balcony is good for the soul.

We had the family room in the basement. A very steep staircase leads there, very dangerous. Furnishings very old-fashioned. Kitchen without oven and coffee machine. Tiny. Not suitable for small children.

- no reception, no one was available or responsible for the problems- contrary to the information on booking.com - breakfast is NOT offered. We were told this after booking.- Room and especially the bathroom smelled of feces, which got worse after flushing the toilet. There is also a kind of grinder attached to the toilet drain, which is very loud.- At 5:40 a.m., 6:20 a.m. and 8:05 a.m. there was disturbing noise for up to 15 minutes due to very loud vibrations/rattling, probably caused by the heating. All the guests in the very noisy house were on their feet looking for the source of the noise. This is apparently not an isolated incident, as the same thing apparently happened the night before.- There was a filter coffee machine in the common room/lounge in which the coffee was already moldy.- two lamps in the room don't workThese conditions were unbearable for us, which is why we left after just one (of the planned two) nights.

There was no WiFi, 3 devices couldn't maintain a connection. But there were spiders, moths and other insects. The room was very warm on September 13th, 2023 and there was no fan and you couldn't leave the window open because it was incredibly loud outside and more insects would come in. It's just 60 euros for a hotel in Germany with a shared bathroom but I had much better for the price and that's why I was very dissatisfied

A quiet area of Bremen, just opposite the dam. It is nice to take a walk here in the evening before going to bed. A direct tram takes 15 minutes to the center. Rooms for such money are good. Purely. Easy. Beautiful view from the window. I recommend

Hotel without reception and with limited services. The location is perfect, the room was ok, the large balcony was great. The breakfast was also good and rich. Unfortunately, you have to order breakfast in advance, which can limit flexibility. In addition, there was no daily cleaning of the bathroom, which should actually be a must. The shower hose in the shower wasn't clean and even looked like it had mild mold. The toilet in our room also had a kind of shredder connected to it, which made a hell of a noise and just went off last night for no reason. The staff was very nice and always tried to help with problems. Highlights: large EKZ nearby, right next to the tram stop and the Weserwehr. Ideal as a starting point for exploring the city, but with a lot of room for improvement.

It was fine for 1 night, we booked with a balcony. It was clean. The toilet makes a lot of noise, due to the sanitary facilities. Also a lot of noise from other hotel guests. There was a kettle but no cup or coffee or tea.

We stayed in room 9 for 2 nights. There is everything you need, but a few more hooks to hang up jackets and towels would certainly be useful. If the house is full, I wouldn't know what to do with it after showering. Otherwise the location at the fortified castle is very nice and the Weser Stadium is also within walking distance.

Uncomplicated, great location.Price/performance is great. The room was completely enough for us for one night. Everything was clean and tidy. I can only recommend it and I will book there again at the next opportunity.
