Rooms are actually not bad, but the inventory and the beds are very poor in my opinion. The cleanliness is also very bad, we perceived everything as being very superficially cleaned. We won't be coming back.

Very disappointing for two undemanding adults.Location was ok though. Price ok for the location too.But the floor is full of stains, the apartment is very cramped, everything is only poorly furnished.Elevator only goes to the 1st floor, rooms on the 2nd floor.

The apartment house is located on a main street. It is about 4 km to the dike and is easy to reach. We had our room on the second floor. The elevator only goes to the first floor. We had no noise in the stairwell that weekend and it was very quiet otherwise. The facilities were manageable, but everything you needed was there. There was a small kitchenette with hotplates and a refrigerator as well as a coffee maker, microwave, TV and WiFi. The pantry kitchen was on a slant, so the hotplates were virtually unusable. We only give it four stars because the bed was a complete disaster. . The mattresses are worn out and urgently need to be replaced. The bathroom was very cramped, probably very difficult for people with a plus size figure. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would come back for a short vacation at any time.

The beds were comfortable.The bathroom was newly renovated, small but nice.The kitchen, hardly suitable for cooking, is under a sloping ceiling where there is hardly room for a pot on the stove.There were lots of stains on the carpet and chairs.

We were here for a week in 8/2024. The room is a slightly larger broom closet! It had sloping walls and a post in the room with a giant TV attached to it that you were constantly bumping into. Curtain rods that are no longer used are still hanging on the wall. A shelf from a bedside table had broken off and had been lying on the cupboard for some time (collecting dust).The furniture is the cheapest you can find. Everything is very rickety!Likewise the kitchen equipment! 1 wine glass, 1 water glass, 3 spoons! The coffee machine - really the cheapest there is! The refrigerator is hinged the wrong way around, so you always have to crawl around in the corner to take something out of the refrigerator.Mosquitoes killed on the walls with and without traces of blood. Our toilet seat also kept falling into our backs. The shower drain was also blocked.There was no replacement garbage bag (only upon request). Likewise toilet paper!We also had problems with the garbage disposal in the basement. The bin stinks in the basement. There is no adjustment option for bicycles or expensive e-bikes. So you have to leave them outside the door. Four parking spaces are really not enough, since all guests arrive by car. There are also parking spaces on the main street, but you will quickly be chased away by the residents.So that was the worst holiday accommodation we have ever had!!!

It's not possible, the bed is super small and the only thing you can use from the kitchen is the fridge. You hit the bathroom door with your toothbrush on the mirror.Overall not clean and totally shabby.Parking is also catastrophic (totally tight 5 cars for 4 parking bays.

The apartment was completely sufficient for two fairly undemanding singles who only stayed 4 nights and we would book it again.It was easy to get to the beach by bus, the stop was only about 6 minutes away and ran twice an hour.The apartment was adequately equipped but unfortunately quite lackluster. The apartment is also on a main street, so anyone who has problems with loud noises will probably not feel comfortable here. All in all, a great apartment for a shorter stay! :)

There are only 4 apartment parking spaces available for the 15 rooms. A parking lot is practically unusable due to a fire escape behind it.We immediately noticed an unpleasant musty smell in the room, like cold cigarette smoke. The bed linen also didn't smell fresh/musty. The mattresses and pillows are very worn out and should urgently be replaced. The bathroom is very small, changing is only possible outside the bathroom. The radiator in the bathroom is also pretty dirty.Some of the kitchen appliances were dirty and did not invite you to use them. There was no dishwashing sponge available.We had asked for a different room, according to the contact person the rooms were all the same. In response to our complaint, we were assured of a dishwashing sponge and fresh bed linen. We should just leave the key in the key safe and the bed would then be remade. When we returned, the new bed linen was hanging in a plastic bag on the door handle. That's a disgrace. There was no response to another complaint via email. When a complaint was called, they simply hung up. There was no accommodation from the apartment operator. We feel angry and ripped off.

Room door was stuck, bathroom door handle was off. The bed was so far away from the wall that the pillow at the back fell down. No blackout. Sloping windows so high that we could only open them with the help of a chair. The television was hung so high that it made you feel paralyzed. The highlight - just hard wooden chairs - that's supposed to be a vacation. no armchairs or other comfortable seating. The toilet seat fell into your back. When brushing your teeth you had to bend over at the sink because the mirror cabinet was deep and your nose was hanging on it. The location of the accommodation was ok. You could quickly cycle to the north or Norddeich. Poor description and not enough parking spaces for cars. Windows all very dirty.

Unfortunately totally dissatisfied. VERY dusty (the cupboards had real dust edges inside), stained beds and stained sofa and dirty bathroom. The trash cans were smeared with leftover food and chocolate. Very noisy in the house.The location is perfect.We wouldn't recommend it.

Neither the TV nor the WiFi worked, nor did the coffee machine! So we had to eat breakfast out, at our own expense.As a result, the drain was almost closed, so the broth came up from the shower. Showering was out of the question and I was quick to rinse off. Good thing we were only there for 3 days.But the crowning glory of the whole thing is the fan (ventilation/heating?) that starts at 8:15 p.m. The noise level in room 6 was unbearable. To date there has been no response to the complaint. Set 6Claims for damages have been made!

The facilities are completely okay, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the location of the television is unfortunate and the cables are therefore loose, so that some of the channels cannot be seen clearly. There is no need to install brackets for curtains that do not exist. There are minor repairs everywhere, such as missing screws etc., which is a shame. The shower curtain is too long or the holder for it is too low, so that the water either stands in the shower tray or runs outwards. The toilet lid has a habit of falling into your back and the mirror cabinet is so deep that you regularly bump into yourself. Showering for early risers is very refreshing as only cold water comes. And the skylights can only be reached with a chair to open or close them.

We were there at the beginning of March 2024. We liked it very much. Everything clean, everything prepared. Yes, the room and bathroom are not big, but it has everything we needed. You probably don't want to cook there, but a microwave is fine.Despite the location on the main street, it was quiet. We didn't have an issue with noise. It's clairaudient, we would say that too. But no one made any noise. The humming mentioned in a review probably came from the refrigerator. We put it on display.Room 8, which we also had, is described below. The thing about the slant on the stove is true. Whether the bed was assembled from pillows - I don't think so. I haven't checked. Yes, the mattress was soft.I didn't notice whether dogs pissed somewhere. Norden has a heart for dogs. If you don't like that and don't want dogs on the beach, then you're not allowed to go north. I don't like privately owned dogs either, but I just had to go there.I would say: friendly atmosphere, something different than the 4-star bunkers. And the price is unbeatable!
