Location great. Old town, restaurants, pubs etc. easy to reach on foot. Great staff and service. Breakfast very good. The tables in the lounge are very small and the chairs don't quite fit. Takes getting used to. Room small and without closet but functional. Price-performance okay. Highly recommended.

I'm used to better Motel Ones...The room is OK, but there is no chair with a backrest at the table, for example?! Just a curtain that can only be used to make it completely dark. Otherwise you are exposed to possible looks from across the street.

The lobby also serves as a breakfast room and did not have enough space for guests who wanted to have breakfast there.

The excellent and central location is undoubtedly the highlight. You can walk to the town hall in 10 minutes. The tram also stops right in front of the hotel. In about 20 minutes you will be at the Weserstadion. The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathroom was very modern. The lobby was typical Motel One standard. There was a large selection of gins.

The centrally located hotel is furnished in a timelessly beautiful style and many sights and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the parking space in the hotel is limited. There are surrounding parking garages that are open 24 hours a day, but overall they are relatively expensive. Our room was clean and tidy and still very spacious and comfortable with a baby bed. The breakfast buffet offers a bit of a selection of different dishes and even includes organic and vegan products, but at just under €17.00 it is a bit expensive, but if you are expecting scrambled eggs and bacon you will unfortunately be disappointed and also the "breakfast room" during the day and evening serves as a lounge for nice conversations and the bar may be a bit uncomfortable for some people as a breakfast place. In addition, you may have to wait a bit during the main breakfast times as there is not enough space despite the many seats. All in all, we had a nice time and were able to relax in a comfortable bed.

Very good location, but the hotel does not have sufficient capacity to provide guests with the booked and paid breakfast. There are so few seats available that guests are forced to take their coffee while standing. The highlight, however, is that parking spaces in the underground car park are not safe even if you have paid a ticket as soon as you go on a trip:The parking spaces are allocated twice, the staff claims to have pointed this out. Instead of the costs being waived as a gesture of goodwill, they are collected. My argument after payment that this was not good service was dismissed with the comment that I could have asked whether the costs would be waived as a gesture of goodwill... it would seem that additional training for the staff would be necessary to retain customers urgently needed! I have rarely been treated so condescendingly in a hotel!

To date I have not received any response to my criticism, even though it was a very serious incident. That doesn't work at all!I also found it negative that the breakfast area is basically the lobby of the hotel. Extremely loud and drafty, as the large automatic door constantly opens and you can directly hear the street noise. Accordingly, you have to pass the reception area and the guests arriving there to have breakfast, or you are then constantly in their field of vision. I found it uncomfortable and strange. In the morning I first had to look for where breakfast was taking place (otherwise it is often noted in the elevator). I didn't expect it to be there in the entrance area and unfortunately I didn't get any information when I arrived.Location and cleanliness good as usual.

Sufficient for a weekend trip. The rooms are functional, no wardrobe, no safe and bathroom without ventilation. But clean. The service in the lounge is underground. There is only bottled beer and people often forget an order. The breakfast buffet is of sufficient standard.Unfortunately there is only one real table for breakfast. Everything else is small coffee tables with armchairs. Not very suitable for sitting properly. As I said, this motel is sufficient for a few days without high expectations.
