Unfortunately, it's anything but a holiday paradise. The place is overall unkempt and the mobile home was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen. Since there were too many of us, we didn't spontaneously find any other accommodation. Otherwise we would have left immediately. The towels, bed linen and mattress were stained and worn. Loose, uninsulated cables were hanging freely. The furniture was broken in various places. And it clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not at all right.

We drove over here for one night. The service is very nice 👍🏼 But the playground is very unkempt, some of the boards are rotten, the washhouse is clean but also getting old. Many taps don't work at all, and the ceiling in the shower area is very moldy. Parking space for caravan+car/motorhome+2 adults, supply and disposal, electricity included €30 per night. You can leave whenever you want except during lunchtime.

We furnished a holiday apartment very comfortably. Everything we needed to clean was missing, but it wasn't a problem for us. We reported it on the day we left and they wrote it down, but they didn't understand why the government had taken it out.It's pure nature, the whole place you can go with a motorhome or tent, bungalow or like we have holiday apartments and hotel rooms, it's just great, but it's not for party people, only for those who love nature with or without children, who are very welcome there are

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Guido and taken to the holiday home. There was a dead bird right in the middle of the entrance to the house. This should then be disposed of straight away. Things looked ok in the house. The children's room is a connecting room to the parents' bedroom, separated by a drywall. Since our accompanying girls are already teenagers, Guido recommended that they sleep in the living room. They would also bring us more sheets for that.- When we came back from shopping the bird was still lying and there were no sheets for the couch- we remembered and after dinner the couch was occupied- Daughter took an ice-cold shower, although it was said that hot water was available all night long. Accordingly, I suspect that the mixer tap can be adjusted very modestly.- The mattresses are so sagging that you really sink into them and are surrounded.- No soap in the bathroom- No dish soap in the kitchen, but you should wash up- No broom to sweep every now and then- In the room in the kitchen there is only a mop bucket without a mop- a dishwasher in the kitchen without dishwashing tabs- The dead bird was still in the entrance area two days laterThere was also a storage area in our carport for discarded patio chairs and abandoned grills. There were a total of 4 chairs on our terrace, of which only 1 was really intact.When it comes to cleaning, things seem to be handled differently... Friends were also in the same house. Garbage was disposed of there, etc., but none came to us.Addition:The things mentioned above such as soap, brooms, dishwashing liquid, etc. are actually part of the standard equipment (inquired separately).Based on the impressions described above, I would no longer book this accommodation. All in all, it seems like the owners are happy to make money, but are not willing to invest anything in maintenance. When problems arise, they are not solution-oriented, they simply hang up (several times), become mushy and seem to have no empathy or idea of how to deal with complaints and conflicts. It is even better to place the blame on the guest when the cleaning staff disposes of personal items (stuffed toys (leftovers) with high emotional value) that should not be disposed of, but actually leave trash lying around. Promises that people would come forward were not kept either.All in all, really disappointing, especially for our friends' daughter, who will never see the stuffed animal she got when she was a baby again.We will no longer be using this accommodation and cannot recommend it.

I can only repeat what others have described. I haven't lived like that in a long time and I booked the guest room. The whole room was full of hair on the freshly made bed too. Shower cubicle see photos. More for construction workers.

Maybe we're a little spoiled from our travels, but the welcome and service couldn't have been more demotivating. The showers and toilets are getting old, the meadow by the lake is littered with dog excrement, only the playground can score.OK for one night, but nothing more.

The receptionist guy was really really helpful with us and very kind. On our next trip we will come back. The rooms are very big. The only thing is without car the center is like 1h far away (walking) but by car just 5’.

Many years ago, as a child, I used to visit this place regularly with my mother. After I visited them here again, I was shocked at how this once really beautiful campsite was destroyed. I'm surprised why anyone still comes here voluntarily! Everything was very unkempt, dirty, broken, overall just run down and apparently looking to make a quick buck with the really very unsightly living containers crammed together. Sometimes it looks more like a refugee accommodation than a campsite.

Nice place, beautifully located behind paddocks with beautiful old trees, relaxing and quiet. They make a real effort, even if one gets the impression that the facility's best days are behind it.

The rooms are absolutely sufficient and nicely presented. It's clean and the employees are nice. The drinks and snack machine in front of the door is absolutely great in terms of price and well equipped. The location is nice and quiet. Shopping opportunities and Heide Park are in the immediate vicinity. A small playground is also right outside the door. So a clear recommendation and I would book it again.

Despite the alleged ban on dogs on site, a large dog swam in the swimming lake this afternoon. I wouldn't consider my children safe there and certainly wouldn't let them swim there. Unfortunately, the place as a whole doesn't seem very well maintained

We were at the campsite with our motorhome for the weekend in August 2023. Booked the space in advance, but it wasn't necessary because we were the only ones with two other campers. Question why? Answer: Quality is disappointing, the space and pitches are unkempt, the lawn hasn't been mowed for weeks and we were greeted with such unfriendliness that we wanted to leave straight away. Well, and there were the sanitary facilities, some of which were closed because they were defective and the rest were, well, partly in poor condition, outdated and contaminated with germs and there was no toilet paper. All in all, it's better to stay away from this place because other pitches are fully booked in the summer and this one is almost boring. That says it all.

We were 7 people and booked for 4 days, i.e. 3 nights. We wanted to go to Heidepark on two days. The reception was ok. The bungalows are very small for a maximum occupancy of 8 people. It wasn't particularly clean, there was dust, crumbs and hair everywhere and lots of dead insects. The facility itself seemed very used. There was no toilet paper either. The beds are small camping beds 1.90 m long and 80 cm wide. There is not even 1 m of space between the beds in the small sleeping cabins. Overall, the whole bungalow is very noisy and shaky. Windows and doors were sometimes extremely difficult to open or close. The outside terrace with a large table and eight games was nice and there was also sun protection. There is a wide range of drinks vending machines at the front entrance at acceptable prices. There is also a cigarette machine, a snack machine and a popcorn machine that makes fresh, delicious popcorn. When we finally stripped the beds, we saw lots of yellow stains on all the mattresses. So if you set your expectations very low, you can maybe stay there for two nights because you might want to go to Heidepark, which is not far away but not recommended for your vacation.
