For the low price, we didn't expect much. Bed, bathroom, TV to have a decent place to stay after a concert at the Capitol. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the Capitol. The reception was nice, we had booked 1 double room and 2 single rooms. The one single room was in great order, clean, comfortable bed and all in all completely ok for the price. The other single room was unfortunately a complete failure. When we arrived there was a strong smell of cold smoke. I didn't want to make a scene there and just let it air out until after the concert. When we came back late in the evening, we unfortunately realized that it was the bed that smelled terribly like an ashtray. The bed sheet didn't seem clean either, it wasn't possible to sleep comfortably in this bed. I, a smoker myself, left the window open due to the extreme smell and lay down in bed fully clothed on my own jacket, using only the barest corner of the smelly blanket and spending the night that way. We didn't have breakfast, the bathrooms in the ashtray room described and also in the double room weren't clean, the toilet was still dirty from the previous tenant. There were shower gel and shampoo bottles in the bathrooms, some of them empty, I'm not sure if they were leftovers from the previous ones or if it was an attempt at service. In summary, for around 50 euros for a single room, I really don't expect much, it could have been a bunk bed, but it was anything but a nice stay. It's a shame about the good location and I think not in the spirit of the actually friendly operator!

Very nice reception, easy to reach from the main station, was here for the concert and Maschseefest. My room (No. 2) was very clean and well maintained, very quiet.Only the mattress is very soft.Bathroom was also very well maintained, only the toilet brush needed to be replaced.I can recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

A clean, quiet and yet quite central hotel! The staff is also very friendly and helpful!

We were there for one night. Unfortunately it wasn't that pleasant. Dirt all over the floor, the shower obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while, the beds were pushed together and moved apart with every movement. The motion detector in the hallway kept going on and clicking loudly, even though no one was in the hallway. The floor was full of streaks. A feather pillow (great for allergy sufferers) and there weren't even two pillows. We were a total of 2 couples and the other even had to change rooms because of hair on and in the toilet and other things. Only the breakfast was actually quite okay for €9.

You have to be brave here. The location of the hotel is very central and you can reach the next S-Bahn station in just 2 minutes. We paid €69 for one night. At this price you don't expect much, but cleanliness and safety should be a given. Unfortunately, the bed smelled of vomit, starting with the pillow and blanket. Although we received a warm welcome, this did not make up for the negative experience. Therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice welcome... at first glance in the room with a sticky floor and long hair on the floor I had to call staff and the room was changed without any problems... unfortunately that wasn't any better, brown stains on the hygiene protection pad, stains all over it Upholstered edge of the bed, hair in the room/shower...shaving hair on the sink and mold everywhere in the room...hot water was non-existent...the only positive thing I can say was the breakfast...we were 2 couples Both had catastrophic disgusting rooms... I would never stay/sleep here again... even if the cleanliness was low budget

We received a very warm welcome, but unfortunately the parking situation was a bit difficult. The apartment is large and spacious, but is outdated and completely run down.Unfortunately, one night after our concert we discovered that the beds were infested with bed bugs. The next morning we informed reception about this. The nice gentleman acted surprised, but apparently wasn't surprised. In the end we had a nice concert in Hanover and were allowed to destroy all of our stuff afterwards.

The location was good for us and it wasn't our first time there. However, this time we found a full ashtray in the room and the water in the shower didn't get warm and the pressure was also very low. That may have been because of the room. The last stay was better.

The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the public transport stops on foot. The selection at breakfast was small but nice, completely sufficient for me. Unfortunately, I have to say that the negative thing was the cleanliness of the room, the shower and the toilet brush. If you just need something to sleep it's fine.

The hotel is located on the first floor, where you are warmly greeted directly by the reception. The room had a roof terrace that can be shared with a room next door. The soft mattress was a little sagging, but that wasn't a problem for two nights. The door to the anteroom didn't close completely because of the small bedside table, so you could hear all the activity in the hallway. The bathroom itself was relatively clean, but I would have liked a more thorough cleaning between guests, as there was still hair from the previous person under the sink, as well as in the room (corners, lint came out from under the bed and crumbs around the desk) and the shower head was “a little” calcified. You can also get a hairdryer upon request. If you don't want to have breakfast there in the morning, you can cater for yourself in Netto right next door.Because of the semi-cleanliness, more like 3.5/5 stars.
