We booked three rooms for a short vacation with our family. We didn't feel comfortable here and will definitely not be coming back.

A bit old, but they are renovating the rest of the room, everything was to your liking! Indoor swimming pool and game hall. Price/quality excellent!

The place is pretty rocky. Concrete is crumbling everywhere! The charm of a GDR prefabricated housing estate.I didn't dare lean on the concrete railing. Nets were stretched on the neighboring balcony to prevent anything from falling. Steel lamination is exposed to rust. Some of the parking deck may not be used. Apparently it leaks and the parked vehicles could be damaged. I suspect the ceiling is no longer supporting in places. The top parking deck is blocked in the middle and in places at the edge, the tar surface is cracked, the former concrete pillars are additionally reinforced with steel beams and brick reinforcements. A structural engineer should check all of this.Well, we're just there to sleep and the holiday apartments are quite good. The view too, but not the sight...

We booked through the rental agency Pano-Hohegeiß RAT - Immobilien. It is no longer a hotel, but rather privately owned holiday homes/apartments, most of which are managed by administrative offices. Therefore, every apartment is different in terms of appearance and furnishings and cannot be evaluated for the entire complex. Panoramic system showing its age? Yes! For the price you can't expect 3 stars here. Cheap, well located and great views if you choose the right side and floor. Free use of the swimming pool in the house, sauna for a fee, mini golf, toboggan run and playground right next to the house. WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is currently a major construction site there but this was also duly announced. So we knew what we were getting into and the problem with parking. For families who love activities and don't want to stay in the apartment all the time, I recommend a trip towards Wurmberg for a monster scooter ride. ;-) It's really fun and a unique experience to ride down the slope on a big roller. By the way: Pets are also welcome.

Are horrified.We saw apartment number 421 directly through Fewo, we thought it was good, so we booked it.We arrived and were given the key to a completely different apartment. When we asked that we had received the wrong key, we were told that the room had been rebooked.Without informing us? Well, thank you.At least that should have been there.The view is completely different, as is the furnishings.A view of the forests was booked. We got a view of a building and the parked cars. Every morning the garbage disposal downstairs beeped loudly. We wouldn't have had it in the other room.It only became clear that these were two high-rise apartment buildings when the booking was completed. It wasn't obvious before.From the outside the houses look horrible. Large high-rise buildings from the 70s. the facade already has many cracks. Very noisy. But that wasn't even the problem. You could sleep well. But don't sleep in. Three mornings in a row we were woken up by the sound of drilling, as if the ceiling was falling on our heads.When we asked what was being done, since you can't really wake up relaxed in the morning, let alone have breakfast, we were told that important fire protection measures were being taken. Information about this would be available near the elevators. So we took another closer look - no information. Nowhere. Transparency? Nope.The furnishings in the apartment are very cute. But it wasn't really clean. But everything you need for self-catering is there. Dishwasher, oven, cleaning supplies, stove, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave (in the bedroom... - I stopped thinking about it). Bedroom had no window.WiFi is only available downstairs in the information area.There were two televisions. Balcony is nice and big. Cot is very dangerous. If there had been smaller children there, open the window and go out onto the balcony. Luckily our 9 year old isn't that into it. The swimming pool that is advertised is currently only open to 15 people, who are only allowed in on the hour if they register in advance. It was always fully booked when we asked.All in all the accommodation was very disappointing.​We left last night so we could wake up relaxed at home in the morning.Resin? Always my pleasure. Mega beautiful area, great hiking routes and other activity options.But stay in this “apartment hotel” again? No thanks. I advise everyone against this. Way too expensive for no service. Too bad.Update:No response/answer from the hotel to the question of why the booking was simply rebooked.I'm really angry.

Nice place for the price.Don't expect a hotel ;)Nice view in the apartments to the west!There are owner-occupied apartments in the entire complex which are rented out through various companies.The place bears a bit of a touch of old age and that no one takes genuine ownership of communal facilities either inside or outside, BUT fine for the price.Extremely friendly staff.

Apartment and furnishings are good, environment is a construction site

Even one star is too much for this company/institution. Very dubious, unfriendly. I could say a lot more, but there is just too much time for that. It's better to look for another provider. The previous bad reviews are evidence of this, which unfortunately I hadn't looked at before.

Very scary. I'm into the 70s. We haven't seen anything like this before. The forecourt will probably be finished in a few years. The coffee plays hit videos incredibly loudly. No breakfast, just a few cocktails. There are ancient carpets everywhere. Everything is a bit musty. Sure, the prices are low, but for what? We won't again.
