Our room was in 3rd floor and there was no lift. It was not easy for us since we have a heavy suitcase. But the room was pretty good. Cooking is possible, cooking utensils
are available.

First visit to the Limehome Osnabrück. First of all: There were four of us and we rented two rooms. 3 months beforehand we paid €82, which is very fair. We got 2 great, modern rooms.In 1 room the cosmetic waste bin had not been emptied and I could not find the code for the parking spaces/garage door in the courtyard. This should be communicated better. There is a lack of transparency. And the 4 parking spaces are very narrow. With the Mercedes A Class it was already millimeters of work. Still a clear recommendation.

I stayed here for two days on business. Nice apartment! Centrally located, although the area is not recommended!The bathroom and the rest of the apartment were not cleaned and dirty. The trash can in the bathroom wasn't emptied either and the bed wasn't fresh! Never again! Free coffee means 2 capsules for a Nespresso machine, which also still had the previous capsules.

The apartment was like a vacation rental. You had a bed, a table, a bathroom and a small kitchen. This is equipped with the most necessary things to cook something. The room was modern and well equipped. The balcony or terrace is sufficient for 2 people; in the evening you can lower the outside blinds electrically. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The parking lot is extremely tight but it is free. Everything was clean and the room had little wear and tear.

In itself a functional facility in a central location. Rooms clean and nice. Some clear signs of wear can be seen, but that didn't bother me. The kitchenette is functional and there is coffee and tea as well as a capsule machine available, which makes starting the day much easier.Also worth mentioning is the small welcome gift in the form of a coffee-to-go cup, a toothbrush and earplugs.Unfortunately, the underfloor heating didn't work during my stay, which isn't subject to entertainment tax if you get there cold. The bed is very comfortable and I slept excellently.Unfortunately, the next morning there was another bad surprise: the water in the shower drained very badly, which resulted in the bathroom partially flooding. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, but reaches its limits in a hotel without stationary employees.

The place was very clean. I loved that there was coffee machine and tea. Location is very close to the city centre, however, the neighbourhood felt a bit unsafe. It was warm, bed was comfy, and without noise. The only issue was cold water in the shower on the 2nd day. We found a random dirty sock in the room that wasn't ours. The rest was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. We cannot confirm the problem with the incomprehensible directions. Google Maps guided us to the entrance without any problems and the access codes were no problem either. There are also 3 parking spaces in the courtyard, which can be accessed using the house access code. Very modern, beautifully furnished apartments in a central location. The only downsides were not perfectly white walls (which isn't a problem) and very runny shampoo and shower gel. But for the price I would definitely book again.

The apartments are also rented for “love for sale”. Currently (November 2nd, 2023) apartment 301 is rented to two ladies.You don't feel comfortable there!

Rooms great, we were really very positively surprised. Kitchenette well equipped, nice comfortable bed.. balcony.. everything clean. Completely satisfied and recommended! Negative: it's very difficult to find your way... we kept ending up in the middle of the pedestrian zone by car, despite three navigation systems. I would like a better travel recommendation. (Free) parking itself is also difficult, but that's openly communicated on the site, that's ok... so have a look through! A little noisier environment partly on the weekend because there is a "bar" nearby... but it was still quite quiet in the room... with the door and windows closed. Despite the code on the door, strangers managed to get into the stairwell and then blocked it by sitting on the stairs... they were waiting for a friend. Check in with selfie and personal photo: very intimidating!

Regardless of the number of nights you stay, they only give you 1 dishwasher tablet. When asked, the reply is: go buy it yourself.Washing machine. One load is set to take 3 HOURS to wash. Don't know yet about drying clothes...

Rooms clean and modernly furnished. Beds comfortable. However, there are no proper coat hooks, but unfortunately that is now standard. No one puts their things on a hanger when they get home. Bathroom modern, but again the same mistake, no storage space for the existing shower tray and shampoo. It stands helplessly on the ground. Kitchen well and completely furnished, the door stops should be checked again.The big problem is providing the address. Johannesstr. 84. These don't exist. My taxi driver made turns before we found the entrance. The directions are completely out of the question. It says rooms 105,106,205, 206 have to go through the main entrance. Nice, and the other rooms? Just a note that access is via Große Rosenstrasse. The number 84a is there.And unfortunately there is no elevator. I would still book the accommodation again, maybe my comment will help.
