I had a great stay! The front desk staff, especially Shibo and his colleague, were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel also offers convenient underground parking, which was a plus. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel in a central location. Booked at short notice 1 day in advance, clean, comfortable beds. Uncomplicated and quick check-in. Positive parking space in the underground car park.

Family room very small and no space for suitcases and no closet. Rooms are not clean and dusty, the carpet rarely if ever sees a vacuum cleaner and is far away for families.At breakfast there was expired yoghurt as per the staff. There are no more staff and the buffet is very limited... Price performance is inadequate as you can see the hotel guests next door... Beds are narrow and the mattress is old.

Great location and great price for the Oktoberfest period.Good structure, small but comfortable room.Negative flaw for me was that the carpet in the room was wet and gave an unpleasant effect (probably an unfinished wash)Overall I would recommend the facility.

Very decent hotel, quite close to Oktoberfest. Clean bathroom and room. Possible to reach there on foot in 25 minutes. Very clean. There is a main street opposite but the noise is still OK.

We found this hotel at an exceptional price given the location and the period (Oktoberfest). Upon arrival, at 3.45pm, the room was not ready but it was delivered to us within 10 minutes. Apart from a couple of towels not present in the room and the lack of glasses in the bathroom, the stay was pleasant, the wifi works well, we didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be within the standard of this category of hotel, the TV works strangely and changing channels takes several seconds but we didn't use it. The real problem was the parking, although the hotel has a small car park, the entrance is not monitored and access is practically free with the result that it is always full. You can park for free on the street but, due to the Oktoberfest, all the places were reserved for buses for the party with the result of having to look for a parking space as if we were in the city centre, after 1 hour we managed to find it at about 1 Km from the hotel...not really convenient. A final note on the staff who did not seem available, giving only very general information, dedicating only a few moments to the customer and then moving on to something else. Due to the parking problem, I was told 3 times that there was a garage and 3 times I replied that it was full, with us there were at least 3 other people who asked the same thing and got the same answer, no additional information, let alone the inexplicable choice of bus parking with rather cryptic mobile signs. Overall the stay went well.

Was only there one night.I don't agree with what many here complain about, that there is little parking space.There is more than enough space right in front of the hotel and across the street.There is also an underground car park.Room was ok.The air conditioning was bubbling a bit but it wasn't annoying.Would stay here again.

After being greeted by the friendly staff, I was able to park my car for free. The rooms were modern, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable for my taste and I was able to relax well backstage after a great concert.
