We were here to go to Heidepark. We really liked the hotel because it was clean and very modern. The beds were very comfortable & we would like to come back :)

We have visited the restaurant several times with friends and family. The menu is extensive and appealing. The service is friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio is also very good. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately we only had one night there but it was really nice. Everything was super clean and the staff was very accommodating and very nice. The restaurant right there was also great. Mega delicious food and good prices. Despite the location on a main street, it's super quiet.

Due to the excellent location near Heidepark, we spent one night there with our family and booked a double room and the apartment. The rooms are well equipped and very modern, everything is very clean.The only drawback, which is unfortunately very big for us, is that we specially booked the apartment with a living room, kitchen and dining area because of our 2-year-old son, so that after a strenuous day we could be together in peace and eat while the little one was already asleep. We would have liked to get a pizza downstairs in the owners' restaurant and eat it at the dining table, but unfortunately the owner forbade us, citing "it makes too much mess" as the reason. What a shame! Next time we'll probably rather fry a steak in the apartment's fully equipped kitchen ;-)

Very friendly and attentive owner family. Modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Parking space in the yard. Cheap and very good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We felt very comfortable. Price-performance is right. Highly recommended.

The owners are very attentive and nice. They try to make everything possible. The rooms and the suit are nicely decorated and clean.The only drawback for us: we weren't allowed to bring our dog with us.So highly recommended without a dog.

The Hotel Grand in Soltau left us with mixed feelings. The room size and cleanliness were fine. The furnishings should appear modern and high-quality, but upon closer inspection it appears to be more appearance than reality. However, the poor sound insulation from the street is absolutely unbearable. The through traffic moves very quickly and is correspondingly loud. Ventilating at night is virtually impossible...Communication with the staff was somewhat difficult due to language barriers.We found the price of €125/night without breakfast a bit too high for the overall package.Positive: the free parking lot behind the hotel.
