ATTENTION before booking!!We had negative experiences right from the start. There was no indication outside the check-in time that you had to report earlier if you arrived earlier. Only after the 5th call did the owner appear at the door. We were able to put our suitcases down and go to the toilet, but we had to hurry because we had a lot to do. When we moved into the room, the window was open when it was cold outside and the room was very cold. The heating couldn't be put into operation because it didn't work properly for the entire duration of our stay. We spent the first night in freezing temperatures and were referred to the warm bedding when we complained the next morning. She assured that she would take care of venting the heater. In the evening after returning to the room when turning on the heater the noises could be heard all night long.There was no heating in the freezing shower toiletThe sink was in the bedroom.After another complaint, she pointed out that her orders had been completed. Changing rooms is not possible if the hotel is fully booked. The photo of the view of the room did not correspond to reality with the unmodern furnishings.The cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired!!When checking out, the owner showed no willingness to appear in person to clarify the grievances and possible compensation.At this price-performance ratio was unreasonable.We wouldn't book there again!!

That there are still rooms with toilets in the hallway these days... I wouldn't have thought! Ok - it's convenient for the location. But very much in need of renovation. My room on the second floor can be reached without an elevator. Climate nil. Very noisy. Damaged furniture, hard cold foam mattress.You feel like you've been transported back to the last century.The lady is trying very hard but overwhelmed. The breakfast was really decent though!But I wouldn't book there again.

This roomy hotel is within walking distance of the famous Lüneburg market place.Sadly no longer a Chinese Restaurant but the decor is still there.On site parking available.It is run efficiently by a former Chinese Pop singer.Breakfast is Continental style.

Good, simple room with TV and WiFi. Bathroom small but impressive with tasteful tiles. Rooms, staircase and breakfast room very clean.Good price/performance ratio, everything clean and tidy, good breakfast, very friendly, happy to come back next time

In my opinion, the staff was afraid of the boss who was aloof one way or another and in my opinion was also quite cheeky with customers. If he makes a wrong booking on their platform, it's not his problem, it's the problem of their customers, that's the problem The website also represents the boss's problem

A star feels generous.When we checked into our room after a long day of travel, we were generously granted 15 minutes of peace before a group of other guests, with the hotel's permission, started playing music so loudly for several hours that it sounded as if they were in front of us windows are standing. The forced sound system accompanied us throughout the next morning. If we had known about this, we would have looked for another hotel.In general, the price-performance ratio can hardly be put into words. For the hefty price of €139 for a double room, you get an old building with mattresses whose hardness matches the brick facade, a babbling radiator and a non-lockable bathroom that is about as spacious as my suitcase.However, if you value privacy, you're in the wrong hotel here anyway. The house is so noisy that despite two closed doors, you can hear every guest in the hallway as if they were walking through the room.If you still expect to get breakfast after such a wonderful, restful night, you can look forward to an additional charge. We couldn't find a WiFi password either, which wouldn't have helped with a maximum of one line of reception in the room.All in all, I'm disappointed on every front. Especially when you compare it to other hotels in this price range.

The rooms are quite expensive for the service offered. A sink and mini TV are in the room. There was only one free socket available in my room. The toilet and shower are in the hallway and must be shared with the other guests. This is quite old. Likewise, the water in the shower didn't get really hot and there was hardly any pressure in the shower. There are no parking facilities available. However, the reception was very friendly and the location is very central
