I can't confirm the bad reviews. Our room 9 was stylishly furnished and had no visible damage. The beds were comfortable. Some of the staff spoke German poorly, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience at a fair price!

We were there for a short vacation.Actually check-in wasn't until 2:30 p.m. but we were able to check in an hour beforehand.The hotel owner explained everything to us and we were also able to book breakfast later as we had previously booked without breakfast. (You don't have to book breakfast for every day)The room (No. 9) was very clean and spacious, we had a fridge in the room which was very practical.The bed was also quite ok, although it would have been nice if the headboard could have been raised a little, since the TV is on top of the cupboard it's not great to watch TV like that in the long run, unfortunately you couldn't turn on the TV either pull further forward. In my opinion it would have been better if the screen had hung directly in front of the bed, it would save you neck pain.The size of the bathroom was completely sufficient for 2 people, you just have to be careful not to slip after showering, as the curtain can only be pulled straight and not around the corner so that water only stays in the shower tray.But overall the room is completely fine and it is very interesting and a bit funny that there is a window in the bathroom.The breakfast is completely fine even if the room is not very big.The good thing is that you only have to walk 300m from the hotel to the beach.In front of the entrance there is also a small roof with a table and 3 chairs where you can chat with other hotel guests and have a smoke.Parking is also available, either at the front on the street or you drive to the back to park in the back yard of the hotel, but it can happen that in the evening everything is full in the back, then you have to park at the front on the street.

The name hotel is misleading, it is a guest house. After entering the room I was shocked - a small, ugly room (my opinion) with 2 beds. After realizing that you were alone, the bedding was immediately removed from the second bed. Bathroom is approx. 80 cm wide.I was horrified to realize that I had paid for a 2-bed room, but I was looking for a 1-bed room.The innkeeper is neither nice nor accommodating.This house is not recommended for older people.

We've been there twice now, it's our absolute favorite hotel.The owner and his family and the employees are very, very nice and strive to make every guest feel comfortable.The morning room can be used 24/7 and there is free fruit.It is very nicely decorated and the beds are great too.The location is ideal, not far from the center and the beach.It was a very nice time again.

Highly Recommended! We were there over Pentecost, very nice people, great service, coffee and tea bar open to everyone all day long and free of charge. Our room was very large and had a refrigerator and a small table with two chairs in the anteroom, almost like a small apartment. A large outdoor terrace invites you to linger outside. From the hotel you can walk into town in two minutes and go on great tours by bike along the North Sea on either side. Just perfect!!

Good clean hotel, breakfast OK, room sufficient, shower clearly too small, shower curtain is no longer necessary, it is not possible to store the e-bike dry, but he is working on it, he promised, all the employees are extremely friendly.

Everything was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The room was renovated, the beds were very good. Bathroom and toilet were very clean. Breakfast (extra cost) was rich and completely sufficient. Owner and staff were very friendly, accommodating and always helpful. We would be happy to come back and can recommend this hotel

A really nice hotel. Very nice and friendly staff who try so hard to fulfill every wish!! We had an older TV in the room that didn't have all the programs in it, after communication a new one was bought and connected directly by the hotel. So sweet and kind. The room is very well maintained and cozy. The breakfast is also very tasty. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to Duhnen and the beach, everything is easily accessible. Will remember everything fondly🥰

We were Sep. There in '21 and still talk about Hotel Kenny & Henry today. The room was neat and clean. Personally, we found it funny that the window from the bathroom looked into the bedroom, but everything was perfectly fine.The only thing that shocked us was the price of breakfast and the selection offered.Otherwise, great location, very friendly owners/staff - we felt very comfortable =)

A very nice hotel, centrally located and you can reach restaurants or the beach in no time! The whole hotel is decorated with love! Very well maintained, very friendly. Breakfast buffet, very good! Room facilities are great with fridge, radio, hairdryer. 24/7 coffee, tea and other drinks! Overall a very, very recommendable hotel. We will come back.

We stayed at Kenny & Henry for two nights at Easter and had spontaneously requested a room directly from the owner via WhatsApp the day before. The contact was very good, very friendly, the room was booked quickly and if we come back to Duhnen we would definitely book this small, sweet hotel again. We weren't disappointed. The house, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a furnished terrace, is in a quiet, beautiful area. From here, the center of Duhnen and the beach can be reached quickly on foot. We immediately felt comfortable inside. Everything is brightly lit, furnished with a lot of love and we received a friendly welcome after a short wait. The room was really cute, even had a small fridge and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small, but sufficient and has a feel-good factor.The only thing I would recommend is to replace plastic shower curtains with white, washable textile curtains that can also be washed with appropriate detergents. These would not have such an attraction on the body when showering. But this should not be taken as criticism, just as advice. In any case, we would love to come back.
