The room is decorated in a minimalist/modern style, visually very nice. When we entered the room we were met with a very (!) unpleasant smell. It was also very, very hot in the room and unfortunately there was neither air conditioning nor a fan. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, when we checked out we were not asked whether everything was to our satisfaction. Otherwise we would have already said that the room temperature and the smell in the room were almost unbearable. (Air could not circulate due to the very small opening window). It's a shame, so we don't recommend it.

Great service and large and modern rooms. The breakfast was also great for a business hotel. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning for the hot summer days.We were very happy to be there!

Modern, comfortable hotel in the north of Burgdorf.The rooms are quite large, clean and modern, bright and comfortably furnished. The breakfast is very good in terms of selection, freshness and quality. The service is consistently very attentive, friendly and helpful. Therefore a clear recommendation!

Great class!Staff is always very friendly and directly with the customer if there is a problem.Everything clean and well organized.The location is generally good, but there is hardly a restaurant within walking distance.Despite everything, 5 stars there too because the hotel is not responsible for it.Gladly again!

Top room. Very clean. Breakfast is rich and fresh. Staff is friendly. The space for breakfast is a bit small. Any time. For fitters 👍👍👍👍. About 5 minutes walk to shopping.

I was impressed by the friendliness when I booked over the phone. This continued at check-in and at breakfast. The design of the hotel is also great. And the rooms are stylish and beautiful. There is a small deduction at the location; The hotel is conveniently located in an industrial area. I'd love to come again.

Breakfast birthday groupWe were all very satisfied. The breakfast (buffet) was very tasty and the staff was extremely attentive.We were even allowed to look at the hotel and a hotel room on the top floor.All around a modern hotel with good food and an absolute asset to Burgdorf.

Single room very small, no closed cupboards. There is always a mess when showering because there is no shower enclosure. In my opinion, breakfast is too expensive for business customers.

Since I got to know a lot of hotels in the field, I appreciate certain houses. This also includes this hotel. Clean, modern, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The beds are soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive (not a given). I can fully recommend this hotel and will book here again the next time I come to this region.
