One of my favorite places in Hanover. With beautiful training areas, competent trainers and great fitness offers. The wellness area is unique and not very busy during the week, so you can have a sauna to yourself at certain times. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer available on site. A walking path is required across the meadow. The cuisine is good and the prices are high. I can't judge the rooms, but they are beautifully located on the Maschsee. Nothing has changed over the years, but the furnishings are still contemporary. Only service and reception can be further improved, for example in terms of attendance or a greeting. Individual employees excluded. The problem this year was a failure of the air conditioning over a longer period of time or a temporary inability to pay by card. 4.5 stars.

I've been staying at Aspria for about 10 months now, and I have to say that I'm very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is ideal here. From a huge selection of courses with regular updates, to a spacious fitness area, to the relaxing spa area - all wishes are fulfilled here. There are a total of 8 saunas/steam baths/salt chambers available. Even on weekends, when there is always a lot going on, the number of people is spread out well and you never get the feeling that it's going to be uncomfortable. It would be cool if you could have something to drink in the spa and also get a small warm meal in the bistro in the evening.There is a star deduction for the showers.I can fully recommend the Aspria! :)

I can only say something about the wellness area. I love the variety, but I find that the bowl of scrubs is never there when I'm there, that a certain gentleman takes his cell phone into the spa area and when women do that you are immediately admonished.What I also think is a shame is that you pay so much and the toilets don't even look nearly as good as for the price you pay. It looks so boring and like run-of-the-mill toilets.But otherwise all in all pretty good

We booked a day ticket and made sure several times beforehand with different employees that this was possible and that I could take part in sports courses. We were then told on site that the sports area in the day ticket was not accessible to day guests, no excuse, nothing. We drove an extra 30 minutes and got up extra early to attend the 9 a.m. course. Well, that was a disappointment.

Lots of potential, great location and location. Unfortunately, this potential is almost completely squandered by poor service and pricing that can only be described as ambitious and is in complete contradiction to the service and quality delivered.Here they seem to be resting a little too much on the avoidable premium image...Too bad!

A few weeks ago we had breakfast at the Insel Beach Club. Since we had already been served very rudely there and I complained, we received two day tickets for the Aspria.We wanted to redeem these today.Since we only had two normal, small towels with us, we asked reception for some for the sauna. These should seriously cost between âŹ1.50 and âŹ4.50.That's not all: card payment wasn't possible and we didn't have any cash with us. So they suggested to us that we could buy a voucher in the online shop and redeem it for towels.Sorry but that is probably the worst way to deal with customers. My partner even called in the morning to inquire about something and even then there was no indication that cash payment was currently only possible.Since they didn't want to accommodate us in any other way and the dark-haired lady with an Eastern European dialect at the reception (3 p.m.) was very rude and not customer-oriented towards us, we left again.It's a shame, but you're also potentially scaring away new customers...We will avoid this store in the future and recommend it to our friends and family.The Aspria wants to be premium, but the service is certainly not.

The wellness area is awesome. Several saunas with a direct view of the Maschsee. It's relatively expensive, but it's really good. If you want to treat yourself to something, this is exactly the right thing.

I went to ASPRIA Fitness Center today and had a great experience!The advice from Mr. Oppermann was particularly outstanding â professional, friendly and very competent.I can highly recommend ASPRIA to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit!

If you want to experience a real rubble hotel: welcome to the sports paradise with hourly rooms, unfriendly night staff (10:45 p.m.), with room service only on request, veneer furniture, standard maximum 2 stars... never again (currently still tied to 1 more night!)

Unfortunately we had the apartment facing the street. Loveless facility.Kitchen equipment inadequate.Then book the rooms with a lake view. The location right on the lake is nice. But you have to know that you are ending up in a large fitness and wellness temple, not in a hotel.Breakfast takes place next door in the restaurant (overpriced).We preferred to have breakfast in the bistro of the fitness center. But there are athletes running around to and from their courses all the time and everywhere. So everything is very unsettled. Conversely, you can use everything... you have to look at what is important to you.The center is about 3 km away

Furnishings ancient, partially chipped veneer, cobwebs on the ceilings. But very expensive. When you ask about reservations in the restaurant, you get the answer âwe donât do that here, you have to take care of it yourselfâ. Breakfast ok, only one person in service and accordingly overwhelmed.

Disappointing experiences after 7 years at Aspria - racism, poor service and lack of communicationI have been visiting the Aspria sporadically for over seven years for various occasions - be it events, events, birthdays or bachelor parties. At the beginning of this year I decided to sign an annual contract for the first time. However, I have been incredibly disappointed since then and cannot recommend anyone to sign a contract with Aspria.At the beginning you are literally overwhelmed with calls and emails from advisors and customer service. As soon as the contract is concluded, you are completely left to your own devices. The customer service is terrible and practically non-existent. You often wait for emails and inquiries for weeks without receiving a response or are simply ignored. I've been waiting for a solution for four and a half months now. To date I have not received any positive feedback.What was particularly serious for me was the experience of racism from members. It is unbelievable that such incidents are not taken seriously or addressed by management. In addition, important information, such as the rules for wet areas, is not sufficiently communicated. There are numerous complaints from other members who are also dissatisfied and unfortunately I can only confirm these negative experiences.It is also noticeable that employees often do not have the same level of information. Everyone tells you something different - be it about using day tickets or other important questions. This incompetence leads to incredible frustration and as a member you simply feel ignored.For the last four and a half months I have not used my membership due to this incredibly poor service. Despite multiple chances that I gave the studio and the employees, nothing happened. Should I arrive by September 15th? If I do not receive positive feedback or a satisfactory solution, I will be forced to take legal action. It is enough. I've collected enough evidence and now I feel really fooled.By Consultant B.K. I particularly advise against this - I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional care. The Aspria advertises exclusivity and first-class service, but in reality the opposite is the case. For the price you pay, you get absolutely nothing in return.I'm still hoping for a solution and am prepared to remove this review if there is finally any movement on the matter. Until then, however, I can only advise everyone not to become a member of Aspria.

Someone would have to explain the âŹ50 entrance fee to the spa area to me.1. Check in is very difficult, bought tickets online and provided all the details. On site you then have to write down all the data again by hand, supposedly because of hygiene. Why is the data from online purchases not taken over? Tickets are also not available digitally in your system and have to be shown again. These have a barcode but no scanners.2. Contactless payment is not possible. Because of hygiene?3. Prices for bathrobes and towels are well over âŹ10 per person.4. No restaurant, just a kiosk with gas station prices.5. No tables at the loungers for drinks.6. No bar in the sauna area.7. Unmaintained paths with tripping hazards outside.8. No clocks in the saunas.9. You have to load credit onto the chip card, which you get back as cash.10. No wristbands like in any other sensible spa, but chip cards that can easily fall out of your bathrobe.11. Only one infusion per hour.12. Spa area has the ambience of a hospital.
