The hotel is visually very appealing, in our opinion the most beautiful in Bensersiel. The rooms are comfortably furnished (including a welcome gift) and spacious, and we had just as much space on the balcony. Our room also had a kitchenette with, among other things. a refrigerator (very important in summer!). Please note: a swimming pool and saunas are available. The staff (we would particularly like to highlight the young gentleman) are very friendly, committed and courteous (high praise and many, many thanks again). It paid great attention to our well-being. We simply felt at home. The breakfast was extremely varied. We didn't manage to try everything during the days of our stay, partly because something new was offered every day (e.g. pancakes, apple rings). What could have been better? Good question. We can't answer when so many things are wonderful.

Rooms clean and great location.Only the refrigerator in the hotel would have to be checked regularly to make sure there are enough drinks.

03.08-.09.08.24 Family vacation (51,52,14)We were allowed to stay in room 16 in a newly furnished and spacious family room. The mattresses were new and hard. A comfortable seating area with 2 sofas and a table, a small dining table with two chairs, a small balcony with 4 chairs and a small table with a view of the “holiday village”.In the living-sleeping area there was a small kitchenette that was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, kettle, toaster and dishes. The only thing that was missing was a stove, but that didn't bother us.A clothes horse - perfect. What's great is there were plenty of coat hooks, super well thought out.A walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The separate children's room was equipped with a single bed and a loft bed as well as a spacious wardrobe.A wellness bag greeted us in the room with towels and bathrobes. There were enough loungers in the indoor pool, the water was refreshing. We didn't use the sauna. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and was constantly replenished. The staff was friendly. The clean beach is easily accessible on foot (approx. 800m), either through a small park over the dunes or directly on the main street where a few shops invite you to stroll. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

The rooms are great and the breakfast is really great, with plenty of choice, e.g. on rolls or cheese. Everything your breakfast heart desires.
