We stayed here for one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was very large and very clean. Nicely furnished with natural furniture. Small but delicious breakfast with very high quality products.The staff is very open-minded and friendly.The bathroom is also very clean and also very large.All in all great. We'll definitely be back.

Very beautiful, idyllic and quiet. Staff friendly and solution-oriented. Delicious organic breakfast buffet and the opportunity to purchase fresh organic goods. Very sustainable stay, would like to come back next time I'm in Uelzen.

I had the pleasure of staying at this first class, modern hotel. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also spacious and comfortable. The high quality breakfast, although small, was a culinary experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. The prices were fair and reflected the excellent quality. An all-round successful stay!

A beautiful, newly renovated, clean, quiet and nature-related location. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower and the staff is otherwise friendly. Some savings were made on breakfast, but otherwise definitely recommended!

You really wouldn't find it where the hotel is located. A signpost wouldn't be a bad idea.Otherwise the room is nice and like the pictures. Bathroom very spacious and exactly like the pictures.Overall, a very pleasant hotel, with a clear concept (organic and sustainable). I would love to come back, but in the warm season.Breakfast buffet manageable but not bad. Staff stays in the background but is present.I really liked the idea of having a tablet in the room, so communication with reception is possible online at any time. You can also find out about excursion destinations and restaurants nearby.

Stay from September 18th to 23rd, 2023. We were happy to have found a wheelchair-accessible hotel and ended up at Hotel 11 Eulen. As soon as we arrived, it was impossible to get into the hotel without outside help. The threshold in the door is too high, the door itself is set too tight. This applies to all doors including the bathroom door. This means that the wheelchair user can neither go to the bathroom nor leave the room alone without help. The following can be said about breakfast: with a small surcharge the breakfast could be improved considerably. If you stay for a week, the same edition every day is not for everyone. The highlight, however, is that if you want another roll instead of the one on offer, you pay an extra 1.30 euros without helping yourself to the rolls on offer. It's not about the 1.30 euros but about the way the counter staff informed us. Here we would like to point out that the guest is standing in front of the counter. There is actually no breakfast room itself. It is a sales room with a table and chairs. While the hotel guests are having breakfast, the camping guests walk around the room with wet hair and lightly dressed with shower utensils. That's not exactly appetizing. The hotel staff doesn't seem to mind what they eat breakfast there, but it does seem to bother us. It's a shame we had already decided on a nice hotel for our fixed appointments we have in Lüneburg. Unfortunately nothing comes of it.

Not a hotel in the actual sense, there is a campsite all around. Food, breakfast adapted to the campsite (very bad). At breakfast, women and men walked past us, who had probably just gotten out of bed (wearing skimpy sleeping clothes) and went to the public showers....Rooms were clean, but include a bath mat, Care products etc. not standard in a hotel? The breakfast was very spartan for 9.90 euros (2 types of rolls (rubber), 2 types of sausage and cheese. Filter coffee was included in the price, everything else (good rolls, croissants, better coffee) all cost extra... the bottom line is please don't , because at 129 euros it's not necessarily cheap

Very nice, large and clean rooms. The facility is a campsite, so it is loud and restless. You should know that. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the dining area. Please also wash the tables and wipe the floor with a damp cloth from time to time. It was probably due to too few staff. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and friendly!

The room was right on the side of the natural pool. Incredibly loud. Corridors, doors and buildings are also quite noisy.Children played until late in the evening, screaming very loudly. Falling asleep/sleeping without oropacks was unthinkable.For us the first and last time in this hotel.

Great overall complex with hotel, camping, natural swimming pool. Very chic, sustainable and new hotel with well-equipped rooms. Large bathrooms for enough space. There is also a small organic shop attached where breakfast is also served. Very good selection of food and drinks, all organic. It can be a little noisy during the day because of the swimming opportunity, but otherwise a beautiful, quiet place close to nature.

Very clean facility. Rooms suitable for disabled people. Small shop with snack bar. Well suited for an overnight stay while in transit.
