We booked a hotel in the B&B hotel chain for the first time. The reception was very friendly. We had a family room (double bed and bunk bed) and a double room. The rooms are modernly equipped and can be accessed using an access code. The WiFi worked perfectly. Sky TV was offered, but we didn't use it. So I can't write anything further about it. The beds are very comfortable. No sagging mattresses. The hotel staff pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. The breakfast was sufficient. There was something for everyone. The checkout has been abolished, which speeds up departures because you don't have to rely on the reception's service times. A parking space could also be booked at our hotel. We will be happy to come back for another visit to Hamburg.

This was my second time at the B&B Harburg. And as always, everything was perfect. The S-Bahn and train station are easy to reach. The only thing I would like to see would be an easier way to get to the HDMI port on the TV so that I can connect a laptop or stream stick.

The B&B hotel in Hamburg-Harburg is a newly renovated and clean hotel. We were very happy with the size and layout of the room.The breakfast was very rich and tasty.The hotel is relatively quiet on the edge of a commercial area, the noise of the trains passing by is tolerable as the trains don't pass by very quickly.The Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station is only about 5 minutes away and you can quickly get to Hamburg city center.The hotel is definitely a cheaper alternative to other hotels in the city center.

Very stylish, modern, clean, I found that (late cancellation extra option via B&m membership until 2 p.m.) very good... Very good breakfast...But our second stay we were disappointed 😞

It was our first vacation in Hamburg, but not the last. For our next vacation in Hamburg it is already clear that we will book again at the B&b Hotel Hamburg-Harburg. We were very satisfied here and felt very well looked after. Especially since we had the barrier-free room and were a bit skeptical before arriving at the hotel due to bad experiences, we were very positively surprised. Thanks for the nice time.

Hamburg is always worth a trip. The hotel made a very good impression. From check-in to departure you felt like you were in good hands.The rooms and bathroom are very clean and modern.There is also a free parking lot directly at the hotel. The location is ideal for leaving your car and taking the S3 directly into Hamburg city center.On the day of departure you have all the time in the world to leave the hotel by 12 p.m. and start the day after a delicious, varied breakfast.We would use this hotel again on our next visit to Hamburg.

The hotel as a whole is modern and clean, the prices for overnight stays are cheap, the hotel team is friendly. The location is good, bus stop nearby, subway at the town hall over the bridge over the railway line (about 7 minutes). Gladly again!

The hotel itself is nice, only the location is not that good, but you know that beforehand. It's very clean, all the staff were friendly. The WiFi worked very well and there is air conditioning in the room. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was also good and had everything we needed. Parking is available free on the street or in the car park for €6 per day. You can reach Hafencity in 20 minutes by car.The only, but very big, negative point:We stayed with our two children in a family room that was absolutely not suitable for 4 people because it was far too small. In the photos of the hotel, the family rooms are very large and the children's beds are somewhat separated.Our room was a normal double room in which a bunk bed for the children was squeezed in right against the wall at the foot of our parents' bed. The whole room was tiny and there was no room for the four of us to move around. Absolutely unsuitable for 4 people. There were also the large family rooms in the hotel shown online, but they were all fully booked. So if you're unlucky, you'll get a room that's half the size for the same price. So you shouldn't suffer from claustrophobia. That's not ok. We always stay in bb hotels but this one was the worst in terms of the room.

The hotel is recommended, mattresses are hard (which I enjoy) and the breakfast buffet was very varied and good.The only suggestion for improvement: a long shoehorn for the older generation would be great

A very nice discount hotel. However, rather unclean and high wear and tear. The staff tends to reject you with “Wait a minute, you have to wait” or “that’s 204 cents”. You get the impression that you should stay at home or spend the night somewhere else.
