The hotel is located in the forest, so it is very quiet, the area is also very nice to walk around. There is a small playroom next to the dining room where the children can play quietly while eating without disturbing others. We have a family room with two children, the facilities are very family-friendly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel and would come back at any time.

Always a pleasure to have a guest!One of my favorite hotels for years. Starting with the super delicious breakfast buffet with a diverse selection through to the service - no matter what the issue is, a solution is always found. You feel very special as a guest. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need, I can only recommend them.

Large and spacious room, simply kept and stylishly furnished. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Light-flooded, bright ambience. Kitchen in the room stocked with everything you need. Breakfast with a good variety. Requests are responded to promptly. The area offers nature lovers, hikers and athletes many opportunities.The only small negative point is that the WiFi becomes a bit slow for short moments. After a new connection it was stable again.

The Holel is idyllically located in a forest area, very quiet... When we checked in, our details were not found, only the email confirmation I showed shed light on the matter!The rooms are very simple, a bit of decoration or a picture on the wall would be nice!The bed does not have a slatted frame, the mattress lies directly on the wood of the bed, so it is very hard!Breakfast was fine!Conclusion:In a newly renovated hotel you expect a little more... It was okay for one night, but at €120 it was too expensive for the room you found!

A hotel that you would like to come back to. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and is a nice starting point for cyclists and hikers. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. The only thing we missed was hooks to hang a bath towel on the shower. I think that will definitely be made up for as this hotel has been recently renovated. The hosts and the staff were very very nice and helpful.

A really great hotel with extremely nice, friendly staff (couple from Persia) and in a great environment. Right next to the forest and recreation area. There are especially family rooms for 4 people. Breakfast 1A with freshly baked waffles. An extra room for children is integrated into the breakfast room. A paradise for families with small children. Price completely ok.

My wife stayed at the Hotel Kloster Damme with a friend during a bike tour and was very impressed. Spacious, well-kept rooms and bathrooms, a very good breakfast, a wonderful outdoor area with comfortable places to sit. But best of all: incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. This hotel has charm and heart. A place where you think when you leave: maybe I should just go on holiday here just because of the hotel….

The former monastery was recently renovated and reopened as a hotel in July of this year. It is beautifully located on the edge of Damme, surrounded by forest. Parking spaces are plentiful. A playground is just a few hundred meters away. Restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes. There is a small bistro with a refrigerator where you can always stock up on drinks.We had a family room for 4 people with 2 rooms.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and very nice staff.

Would have liked to stay there overnight but there was no reception during the day. Although reception is open from 0800-1800. No response by phone either. There was also no response to the answering machine. You have to cancel and rebook to the Lindenhof. More expensive but everything is tip-top. Lucky

Hotel Kloster Damme is a very special place. Idyllic surroundings with lots of nature and NABU projects. A secret paradise for people who like hiking and cycling. The atmosphere in the Kloster Hotel is unique where you can listen to the birds singing in the early hours of the morning. The staff are very warm and friendly and put in a lot of effort. I would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful place in Damme

Review refers to the breakfast buffet:Very economical selection, and the bacon and scrambled eggs were not refilled even though every seat in the restaurant was occupied. The price is very high for the very small selection. There are much better offers in the surrounding areaAdditionally, I don't understand why only certain drinks are included in the price when everything comes from the same fully automatic machine anyway?

Beautifully located hotel in the Dammer mountains. The rooms are simply furnished, but very clean and bright. The radiators warm up quickly, warm water is available immediately and there is a shower gel/soap dispenser hanging in the shower. The towels are a bit thin, but okay. The whole house is quite large and winding, but the signage is okay and you can find your way around!The dining room looks a bit like a youth hostel. The food is delicious, breakfast has a fairly large selection, lunch has a dish for everyone, special requests, especially those with allergies and intolerances, are taken into consideration and something extra is cooked, dinner is a little simpler than breakfast, but there is always a little extra treat such as onion cake or something similar. The staff is friendly and helpful.The location right on the edge of the forest is beautiful and quiet. I felt very comfortable there and would recommend the hotel at any time.

Super nice location! Super nice bistro to linger with a sunny interior courtyard. No very noisy deluxe rooms. No soap or decent towels in the room. Plus it smells in the shower. Very hard mattress but too long beds. We really often get lost. Little varied food and almost only bread in the evening, but special requests are very well taken care of and the staff always do their best. Rather hostel-like but quite sufficient for a conference.
