The rooms are clean but not up to date. Watching TV on a 15" monitor in a long room is just not exciting.The gastronomic service (whether breakfast, main meals or catering during conferences) leaves nothing to be desired for me. The staff is very friendly and I'm actually looking forward to meeting employees there again next time.

A functional hotel in the immediate vicinity of the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and practical. I had a small room, which was perfectly fine for one night. A bit old fashioned but practical. The bed was good, the mattress wasn't sagging.

Service Mr. MANUEL STÖHR at the hotel lobby/reception is the most helpful and nicest person I have met in recent years.The train was 90 minutes late and I was stranded in Hanover at night. I got a room and Mr. STÖHR welcomed me very nicely and immediately offered the wake-up service - because I had to get up again at 1:45 a.m. When I was downstairs there was coffee and he was very interested in me getting the train, which was now 45 minutes late again. He helped me with tips and tricks and was very happy to support me in everything.A WORLD CLASS GUY! Dear Plaza Hotel - you have to bind this man to you for life! Anyone who is so motivated on the night shift and really helps in every detail is worth more than GOLD!Thank you very much Mr. Stöhr, I hope to see you in Leipzig!All the best and thank you.Best regards, Tony Krause

The room was not good. The curtains were torn.Stains on the walls, dirt in the bathroom and tile edges.The service/breakfast was well balanced.Not too bad for the price.

As a conference guest, I experienced a friendly, well-organized hotel with very clean rooms and a friendly and attentive team. The food and drink offering was more than sufficient and covered all diets very well and tasty. Great location for a conference or city trip, 6 minutes from the main train station. If you are looking for a quiet night idyll in the area, the center is wrong. I slept well and felt comfortable. The colleagues probably felt the same way and we had a good, successful conference.

I spontaneously needed accommodation in Hanover and ended up at the Hotel Plaza. What a positive surprise! I had a nice and original one-person room. The whole hotel feels very conference-oriented, with long hallways and rooms with funny names. Everything is very clean and tidy, plus the slightly outdated but very well-kept furnishings, which I liked and which stands out from the hotel uniformity. The breakfast deserves special mention: very good selection, lots of space and very tasty tea.

Was there for further training. Room was tidy, but rather rustically furnished. Bed was okay, shower spacious. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very nice. The Asian lady and the gray-haired lady with the robust tone should be highlighted. A 5 minute walk to the city center is an advantage.
