Service was pretty nice and tried hard, nice view from the room. However, there are a few things to complain about... the lamp in the shower is completely moldy, as is the shower. The sockets don't work and a lot of things are generally dirty. When you come into the rooms, it doesn't smell good at all and some windows you can't even open. Luckily we were only here for one night, but our experience is still not recommended.

Why the hotel is called “Hauptbahnhof” is unfortunately questionable!? It's about 12 minutes' walk away according to the navigation system. …

The rooms are dirty and small. The food tastes really bad. No matter whether breakfast or dinner. Badly located near the train station. Heard a shot in the night. Loud at night. Not recommended.

Room 111.We were there with 4 children. 4 of them very small. You can't let the children run around freely there. Everything completely dirty. The shower was full of mold everywhere. Water didn't drain. The room definitely hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I'm sorry, but you can't do that to a family with children. The A&O in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich were miles ahead of the one in Bremen

The location is not in the perfect spot, but it is quite close to the main station. The staff were really nice. The only thing I didn't like much was the rooms. At a certain point, there was water leaking from the ceiling. Also, it is not ideal during school trips (too crowded and noisy).

Dirty rooms, broken beds and broken curtains. I'm in A&O a lot but that's not possible in Bremen. The only plus point is the employees.

We (2 adults and 3 children) were in Bremen for a long weekend and stayed at the a&o Hostel for 3 nights. The location is very good, the hostel can be reached quickly on foot from the train station. The reception staff were friendly. We had booked a family room. The room was spacious, but there was no closet, so we had to live out of a suitcase. The room was generally clean, but the hallways and stairwells were sometimes very dirty.Unfortunately, due to school classes and partygoers, it was very loud in the hallways on some evenings. The WiFi worked perfectly. The breakfast was okay, value for money was right.
