Very nice staff.Breakfast isn't particularly big but it's okay.Rooms are big enough.Unfortunately, the drain in my shower didn't work, the water overflowed and the whole room was flooded - the experience wasn't particularly good, but exciting.Location good, for trade fair. You walk about 15-20 minutes to the entrance. By car it would be 2-3 minutes.Right next to it is Kaufland and several snack bars there

Simple hotel, okay to stay for one night.A little louder and brighter due to the train station opposite.The WiFi didn't work in our room, the problem couldn't be solved during the 3 days of stay.The breakfast buffet was OK.

Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars.I haven't had a hotel like this in a long time. The rooms including towels are only cleaned every three days. The bathroom is built into a cupboard and the sink there is larger than some dog bowls. The water is cold and if you say something to the reception it is ignored.The rooms have the style from the 80s. This hotel is absolutely not recommended and I will not visit it again. That's an imposition, it stinks and it's dirty. If you open the windows you can't sleep because a train leaves every few minutes.

The rooms met our expectations (spartan). The breakfast was surprisingly good, but the hotel is very noisy. The fact that our rooms weren't cleaned (the towels weren't changed either) is a no-go.

Great for trade fairs.2 bedside tables would be great.Reattach toilet seats more regularly.Very clean. Warm up quickly.Breakfast was super good. Great space. Very friendly staff.

We received a very warm welcome and registration was quick because we filled out everything online.In my opinion, the rooms are sufficient since you don't always stay there. The breakfast is very tasty and there is enough food on offer.

The room was the size as described and was very clean. The breakfast is great and leaves nothing to be desired. The underground car park is only very tight for experienced drivers. There are no shortcomings to say about the service. They are extremely friendly and helpful. All of our questions, including those relating to leisure activities, were always answered.

I booked this hotel for work, choosing a non-refundable rate, and a moment after confirming and paying, I realized I had the dates wrong. Contacted immediately explaining the error and nothing to be done, they withheld the money and didn't even allow me to change dates. I was certainly wrong, but it was evident a "human" error made in good faith that they didn't even consider.I send colleagues all over Europe all the time and I have never had to deal with such obtuse people

The room and hallway smell of mold. The shower is even infested with it. Does not correspond to the pictures and my expectations. Alan doesn't work either. Too bad

1 piece of advice: Bring earplugs!!!! Your room is either on the side of the station where the ICE and freight trains thunder past or on the side of a distribution company where loading and unloading takes place. The room is very basic and you hear exactly what the neighbors are doing. The bathroom has a micro sink and you shower with a sticky shower curtain.Breakfast is in a kind of wedding hall while enjoying music that is a bit too loud. The breakfast itself is very extensive and well prepared.

We were here for the IAA. Since we are truck drivers, the noise from the train station didn't bother us, but I still deduct a point because I think anyone who is a light sleeper shouldn't stay here. The room was small, but the integrated bathroom was also spotlessly clean. We were greeted friendly. There is free coffee available in the lobby which was very good. The building is quite old but has been made as beautiful as possible with great attention to detail. We'll be back.

Great hotel! The employees, especially the hotel management, are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are very clean, well-kept and equipped with everything you need. Clear recommendation - the price/performance ratio is right here!

Some of the employees at the reception do not speak German.From around 5:30 a.m. the hotel really wakes up, lots of craftsmen who probably go to work and don't respect the sleep of the other guests. For smokers, you have to sit outside in the cold, thank God it didn't rain!The rooms are a bit small, but ours was very clean!The breakfast is highly recommended, there is plenty of choice, and it is constantly replenished, so a big compliment for that.There is a free coffee machine in the lobby with a selection of options, praise for that too, but...There is no sweetener, it was ordered but hasn't been delivered yet.
