It was written 3 weeks ago that the hotel has been closed for 2 years, i.e. since 2022. But then I wonder why reservations for May 1st, 2023 were still being accepted in March 2023!It seemed very strange to us that the lady didn't write down her name or address. Just “yeah okay, I’ll see you then.” A few days later we called again. The same lady told us that she was abroad but was doing the reception at the hotel. We canceled, again without a name or anything, and thank God we found another hotel. So it's all very strange.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star. If I could, I wouldn't give one at all. The hotel resembled the hotel after an hour. Please be careful the pictures are FAKE. The old bulky waste sofa that was standing outside on the terrace smelled musty and was totally dirty, the furniture was all just bulky waste. Either broken or dirty. The room was far too small for 3 people. The bed was completely worn out. And broken. We will always remember the hotel because it was the worst hotel. Never again. Please book another hotel. The parking lot behind the house was full of construction rubble and bulky waste. We were there ourselves 2 years ago. Now the owner calls you a liar. Sad from the owner. Shame on you.

I can't recommend it. No hot water and no working heating. You had to go to bed that night with sweatpants on because you were cold without them. Despite repeated requests, it wasn't fixed. They became rude and just hung up on me. We then canceled our vacation early.

Very sloppy and unprofessional reception, rooms smelled very strange. When we had breakfast at 9, we had to eat hard rolls and cold food. The only thing that gets plus points from me is the TV with SmartTv. Unfortunately still 1 star.

Booked a month ago for between Christmas and New Year, now the cancellation from the hotel came quickly and painlessly by email without giving any reasons, we are hugely disappointed and will avoid booking anything at this hotel again in the future.

The house dog is let outside alone to loosen up and then attacks other dog walkers. Disrespectful and irresponsible behavior on the part of the owners!

Hotel is very run down and looks unkempt, both inside and out. Bathroom very small and dirty. All of the interior, including towels and bed linen, appear wildly thrown together and old, some of them broken. The heating in the room didn't work. When I noticed this at reception, I was asked if I knew how expensive gas was. I then had an electric heater put in the room.Breakfast consisted of dried out bread and old hard rolls. I had a very bad feeling about eating anything at all for fear of spoiling my stomach.Overall, the worst hotel stay of my life. I can only advise against booking this hotel, even for one night.

Tourist trap!!!! Booked via Rbnb and luckily got the money back. left in the evening. Condition completely dilapidated.Dubious cell phone number as support, almost no one can speak German and a 16 year old boy was supposed to clarify everything that didn't work. An extra bed for children is unreasonable and only a small armchair on which you cannot sleep at all when unfolded. The entire house is completely uninhabitable and not even worth 10 euros for an overnight stay. The invoice we received was simply a white piece of paper with our misspelled name handwritten with a number without VAT...A house that all authorities (health department, public order office and tax authorities should deal with) ....

Absolutely underground. The parking lot is completely filthy and there is construction rubble everywhere. When you enter the hotel, however, it becomes clear that the rubble is not the end product of a renovation. There was no one there at check-in. Our room key was on the reception counter, freely accessible to everyone. We had booked for three people, but got a small room with only a double bed. The bathroom had been remodeled quite creatively. The old cistern was hidden behind plasterboard and had to be operated through a hole. Carpet old, bed linen with flamingos, towels carelessly thrown on the bed. We then complained and were told to get a new room after dinner. Again no one was there, the key was at the reception. The third sleeping accommodation was a sofa bed from bulky waste for one person, almost 1.5 m long when extended. It was totally soft on the head, but from the bottom onwards you could lie on a sheet of plywood. It was covered and there was no third duvet/pillow. Our daughter burst into tears. We immediately packed our things and went home. Just don't book, the photos don't correspond to reality. The hotel is an absolute nightmare
