I'm not complaining about the "Happy Christmas" toilet paper in July, I don't care about that. But cleanliness and warm water should be provided in a hotel for 75€/night. Unfortunately this is not the case at Hotel Südheide.There was hair from the previous person in the shower drain, mold in the shower and on the shower doors and torn bed linen, all of this is a no-go.Breakfast costs €14! Fresh rolls, 2 slices of cheese, 4 slices of sausage, honey, jam and a pot of coffee are really not that expensive.

Today we were there for lunch. It was great again. The construction work to eliminate the water damage, which the insurance took over 18 months! has not been regulated, IS ELIMINATED. Only small cosmetic work remains, but the hard-working craftsmen have made the structural and sanitary facilities fully operational again. NOW THERE IS NO THING BUT GO AND ENJOY THE DELICIOUS FOOD AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!

The room was extremely cold, the outside area was very unkempt, the children's playground wasn't safe, I wouldn't let mine play there, breakfast was supposed to be ready between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., that wasn't the case, communication wasn't good, we won't be going there anymore

The hotel is nothing, one star maximum, the furnishings are from the last century, and unfortunately it's not that clean either. The prices for overnight stays are not justified and the breakfast for 10 euros per person per day is not worth it either.

Very nice owners who also run the Chinese restaurant. Rooms functional; As a backpacker, I'm not that demanding. It was preheated😍 and we were able to take the food we ordered back to the room👍

Rooms were small, but it was okay. Breakfast was the same every day. Some sausage, cheese, egg, 1-2 tomato slices and 4 cucumbers, a bowl of jam and honey.

There is one star for the friendly / hard-working owner and staff. Otherwise, we found the 240 euros for the 3-person room for two nights significantly too expensive (in relation to the performance).Very small / cramped family room, beds where you can feel every single hard spring in your back, old-fashioned / run-down furnishings (in the entire house), mediocre cleanliness, no soap in the bathroom...Breakfast is O.K. Just white cardboard rolls, a moldy tomato...You shouldn't go there to feel good or for longer stays. More for an emergency solution and with very low demands. So unfortunately absolutely not recommended (as long as it is not completely renovated)!
