I stayed at Haus Bertram for 3 nights and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady at reception. Everything was explained to me very well. The room was very large and very clean! The breakfast was great, you could choose between machine coffee and filter coffee! There was always enough replenishment. Thank you for the lovely stay

Checked in here as my car had broken down and at a local garage for repair.Staff are very helpful and friendly and in my case went out of their way to help out.Room was clean and comfortable with breakfast being as what you would expect and good selection.Local area has plenty of shops, local train station and nice walks nearby.Parking on site, recommended.

We had a very tasty and enjoyable meal with our children and a work friend. Our 3-year-old son was very thoughtfully given a mini pizza. He liked this very much and it came to the table quickly. They understand what it's like to eat out with young children. The pizza was good and the risotto phenomenal. Until next time!

We ate there with friends at La Fontana because it is simply our favorite Italian restaurant. Food was phenomenal again. Unfortunately it was very crowded and conversation was not possible. We would have also liked to order more drinks, but unfortunately we were overlooked. When larger groups walked next to us and it became quieter, it was beautiful there as always!

I stayed there for 1 night on a hike. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening as Monday is a day of rest. There was also no breakfast on Tuesday morning because it was a public holiday (Reformation Day) or probably because there were few guests there. So I can't say anything about the food. To be fair, the hotel emailed me in advance and the price was reduced. I also got recommendations for a restaurant in the evening and a cafe for breakfast that were close by and both were good. The lady at reception in the evening was very nice and, after the long hike, at my request she brought me an orange juice and a beer straight from the kitchen and added it to the bill. I really liked the uncomplicated and helpful manner. The room was very well maintained, but, like the whole hotel, seemed a bit old-fashioned - which shouldn't be misunderstood: everything is quite new and not old, but the taste of the interior decorator may have been a bit old-fashioned.

Rooms were okay. Service at breakfast was great. Rooms are cleaned every three days is enough for my standards.The location is right in the village and you can reach everything on foot.

We were given a room for one night; The room is very large compared to other hotels and the hotel impresses with its cleanliness. The breakfast is very sufficient, tasty and something for everyone. Egg dishes are available in all variations. The service is great and you were greeted and said goodbye in a hospitable manner. Many thanks to Ronja and Marcel.

Hotel ok for cyclists and hikers. Two floors with small luggage is ok. Rooms are clean and sufficiently large.Breakfast and service sufficient and good.

Our car broke down on autobahn. Luckily we were close to Schwarmstedt and made it to Hotel Bertram. The friendliest staff took good care of me and my family. We we're able to get rooms in the middle of the night. They were really helpful and flexible with us as we didn't know how long we need to stay waiting for car to get fixed. Good breakfast. The luckiest thing in the unlucky situation was to stay in this friendly hotel.
