The reception staff were friendly, but they were unable to take us as guests with them during the process, which was not obvious to us. The breaks in the conversation were long, so that at times we didn't know whether anything else was needed from us, whether the data was being entered into the system or whether we could leave already. Being 'with' the guest can be expanded. We asked in the evening whether there were vegan alternatives for breakfast. This was confirmed to us. Unfortunately there was none because the information was not passed on to the kitchen. We got a 20 euro discount. However, we weren't satisfied with the money. A quick route to Lidl (300m) was also not possible without a car. Here too there was a lack of accommodation. The room was functional. The TV is a bit small when you watch from bed.

Pleasant, quiet and central hotel. Price-performance very good! Rooms clean and not worn out. Parking space free of charge. Only the breakfast seems a bit expensive.

Just in time for the Brocken Run, we reserved a room for two nights by phone. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the room was only available for one night. The room was getting old, but clean and tidy. The decoration takes some getting used to. The location and parking options are excellent.

This wasn't our first time checking into this hotel for a short trip. The service is super friendly and tries to take all sensitivities into consideration and respond. There is nothing to complain about at all. No matter whether early check-in or late check-out. Size and location of the rooms... Everything can be done by arrangement. The hotel has its own charm. A lot of renovations were made after the new owners took over. New floors, new box spring beds, etc. Otherwise the furniture is a bit old. Quite suitable for the region. But just not modern. Which didn't bother us at all. Nevertheless furnished and partly decorated with love. The rooms are pleasantly large and bright and the bathrooms with shower and toilet are absolutely sufficient. Some have windows and only have ventilation as it is an indoor bathroom. The rooms directly in the main building on the street are quite noisy from the street after 5:30 when the windows are open. At least on a working day. But the operator can't do that. In the next building it is a little more insulated. But still audible. But nice and quiet with the window closed. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. Also for larger vehicles.Price-performance fits perfectly. We felt comfortable and would love to come back. Thanks for the friendly service 😊
