Rustic room with lots of wood. Modern bathroom and shower. Breakfast was very good and wishes were also fulfilled. So you can get eggs in any form.

We came here for the Energy Forum at Clausthal University of Technology. The hotel is really very chic and rustic. They even have a wine cellar. The restaurant area is also very stylishly decorated. The meals have a good price/performance ratio. We were very satisfied.

We had booked two nights for a hiking weekend. I thought it was great that a confirmation/reminder came via email a few days before arrival. The hotel doesn't look amazing from the outside, but anyone who has linden trees in front of their house knows about the laborious and fruitless battle against the sticky matz of these trees. Our room was spacious, rustic and tidy. The kitchen has it all; both breakfast and dinner. If the parking lot is full, maneuver carefully.I thought it was cool that the spa card also served as a bus ticket and it was only a few hundred meters to the central bus station.

This is such a treat. We came here after a long, hot hiking day and were welcomed in. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. We also ate here and the menu was varied and food tasty. It would be worth coming to Clausthaller-Zellerfeld only for this.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great and rich breakfast. . OK for one or two nights, otherwise not my taste. Cleanliness in the room - could be significantly better. The reception was no longer manned in the evening - so no more drinks.

There is a smaller menu with higher prices. My Duroc steak was very dry and I needed a drink and the accompanying salad. I would say that I can do it better on my grill. The restaurant was not full.
