Dinner ok and friendly hosts. But those are the only bright spots. No warm water, neither in the evening nor the next morning (not a word about it from the staff). Massive repair and renovation backlog. Breakfast rudimentary. Coffee doesn't deserve the name.

Super nice hosts and everything was very clean. We got a room spontaneously. Unfortunately, the view from the room was of a drinks store and the furnishings were very tired.

The Harry Potter room probably had the broom closet from the beginning. For €78 an attic room, nothing has been changed in the facility for 50 years, the bathroom is so small that when you sit on the toilet you hit your head against the wall opposite. The breakfast rolls stone hard boiled eggs some sausage some cheese and the usual with decent rolls it would have been okay. Okay for one night if everyone else is fully booked.

We have just spent 9 days at the Hotel Wilhelmsbad and we were impressed by the ambience, the friendliness of the hosts and the extremely varied cuisine. We would be happy to return to this attractive house at the gates of the Harz Mountains in the summer.Dr. Rolf & Gabriele Frobösefrom Wasserburg/Inn

Very pleasant hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms are OK and clean. But the furnishings are a bit too careless for my taste and some rooms seem cold. Complaining on a high level, I know. But that's my impression. The food was very good. Whether breakfast or dinner. It was always tasty and really tasty.

It's complaining on a high level (I've had much worse nights) but the rooms are relatively old-fashioned, the heating doesn't work, it's quite loud/noisy and the hotelier is very unfriendly. However, it should be mentioned that the owners try to heat the rooms with fan heaters and that it is clean and well maintained. The good location close to the city center is also pleasant. I can't say anything about the food. But what you should urgently work on is the tone in which you speak to the guests. That's not so nice.
