The hotel is already a bit outdated and could do with some renovation. But the room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but it had fresh produce with fresh fruit.

It started when you registered. First pay in advance and pay for the room. They already know why.Parking spaces cost 10 euros per day.Then the stairwell carpet was worn and smelled musty.In the room the carpet was extremely worn out and had a large stain in front of the desk. Huge spider webs behind the chair.The lampshade on the cupboard had cobwebs with brown lint hanging down it. The furniture has had better days. The mattress was very saggingWe didn't dare take a shower. WC also dates from the 1920s. the Alibert cupboard dates from the same year and the floor creaked and frightened.I would have expected a little more breakfast for the price.The cake in the display was there from Friday to Sunday.The highlight was on Sunday when we left. I still had to go to the toilet in the guest room. Cabin 1 toilet seat was massively full of shit and cabin 2 didn't look inviting eitherEverything as a wholeStay away from the hotel

Very nice old hotel, rooms furnished to match the hotel with old furniture.It's not for modern yuppies, but it's not for old-fashioned, love-struck older people.Service is friendly and nice, hotel prices and drinks are appropriate.

Great location close to the spa park and you can sit outside directly on Kaiserplatz.We took a short break here with coffee, delicious cake and various cold drinks.Nice, courteous staff and a beautiful environment inspire you to come back. What we will do.. 👍

Very nice reception, friendly when you have questions.The room surprised us very much after the negative reviews.A large, comfortable room awaited us, with a separate bathroom with shower.Only the street lights were very bright.Everything was very clean and tidy.The breakfast buffet was tasty and sufficient. Only the rolls were from the day before, but since we also bake them at home, that wasn't a problem.The location is great, directly opposite the spa park.The house is older, we like it very much and we will definitely come back again if an event requires an overnight stay.

The restaurant is very basic - barely.Coziness. There was once some water damage there, which you can still see on the walls and ceilings.We had dinner there at Christmas. The service was totally overwhelmed. We had ordered 4 red wines, received 3 white wines and one red wine. When we gave them back, they simply poured the red wine into the previous white wine glasses.The Christmas dinner was really ridiculous for the price and not at all nicely presented. There was only one dumpling and the Brussels sprouts were very salty.They were equally overwhelmed when it came to paying because we all wanted to pay individually.

Rooms almost terrible, urgently in need of renovation. Beds, sagging, furniture was very old, I had a room in the annex, it smelled musty and it was in the basement and was supposed to be a comfort room. Bathroom was okay, toilet was okay. View of parked cars. Friends, room in the main building, 1 room was fine So, the bed was okay, but in the bathroom, showering in the bathtub, but also difficult because it was slanted and over the sink. The ceiling was probably damp and the wallpaper was hanging in shreds. The third room was even worse, the metal bed where you could probably find every feather Mattress noticed and the rest of the room was very marginal.But very nice service at breakfast and the breakfast was good.

I was looking for a nice little hotel room where I could go on the weekend. Since I'm doing retraining at the BFW in Bad Pyrmont, I need a room once a month. That's why I have to pay attention to money because I don't get that much. I've been to a few houses where I've found really nice rooms for cheap money, but I've never been presented with anything like this!!!If you want to travel back in time, this is the right place for you. The carpet is just worn out and full of wrinkles that you keep tripping over. The furniture is very dilapidated and the lights only work half the time. The bathroom is just completely run down. Sometimes the ceiling is crumbling towards you or there are still traces of the previous tenants. Lots of long hair everywhere. The drain in the shower is completely blocked. At least the mattress is comfortable, but that's the only thing!!!I also enjoyed trying out their cuisine. I have to admit that as a trained chef I already have a certain standard. This was very borderline. These were e.g. Not 200g rump steak, and she pounded it so much that she couldn't have gotten it bloody at all. The fries were okay, you can't go wrong with them. The salad was nothing special.Too bad.It's a shame that a house has to be allowed to deteriorate so badly. The main thing is to drive a big Porsche but not invest any money.Very unfortunate. But well, I know that I won't go here again, neither to sleep nor to eat.

The location of the hotel is simply great, the spa gardens and the pedestrian zone are only a few meters, about 100 m. And the hotel is just getting old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is absolutely recommended.

Great location, good service.The hotel and the rooms are already getting old, which isn't a bad thing in itself. But you can still expect the rooms to be clean. This expectation was absolutely not met.
