Very nice place. The rooms are absolutely clean and newly renovated. Ideal for children, as the spa park with playground is directly opposite. The Hausperle Elisabeth is courteous, kind and fulfills almost every wish!Thank you very much and hopefully see you soon.

There were five of us in a holiday apartment and we really liked everything (even the teenage kids).It is a nice, quiet area with many things within walking distance. Ideal for adults for hiking or action for the kids on Bocksberg. We found it a bit of a shame that the mini golf course right next to the house is no longer in use. But there was a solution in the center of the village or, if you like something more colorful, in Glowgolf (drive necessary).Otherwise the service was 1a. There were four of us and we had booked 2 double rooms. The location of the hotel is great, right behind the spa park. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated. The open and friendly hotel owner prepared a great breakfast for us. There were also excursion tips and restaurant recommendations that we liked. Thanks for the great stay, we'll be back.

Very nice accommodation for a weekend, but the hotel was empty and too noisy when it was full.The breakfast was made with love and we really enjoyed it.Good starting point for many excursions in every season.For example Bocksberg,Liebesbankweg,Stavekirche,Gosslar etc.

The hotel is ideally located not so high up and close to the center with a view of the spa gardens and Kranichsee. The rooms are large, everything is available, the beds have good, wide mattresses. The breakfast offers a huge selection. Hahnenklee is also an ideal starting point for hikes. We have been there several times and will be back next year.

For me there was nothing to complain about here. Room and bathroom were very clean, there was also enough space. Centrally located, great breakfast and great staff. The house itself has seen a lot, I think, but it has been renovated a lot!Price/performance definitely worth mentioning.Thank you for the nice days....

A very nice large room.The house looks older from the outside, but much of the inside has been lovingly renovated.The breakfast was unique.Prepared with so much love and wishes such as fried eggs...scrambled eggs were fulfilled.We would like to come again.

Dear hotel owner. I had booked a room in this hotel but unfortunately we were denied accommodation for arbitrary reasons. The owner of the hotel found us another hotel within an hour for the price we had with her. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The online description for this apartment, carp pond, needs to be overhauled. The carp pond is overgrown, so not a nice view. From the other side you can see an old mini golf course that belongs to the hotel.The terribly creaky double bed had old mattresses that had been pimped up with a topper. In the bathroom there is a single socket in a lamp above the sink, which is not easy to reach. In the kitchen, the used and dirty dishcloth and sponge were still left over from the previous person. The dishes could only be washed under running water because the stopper was too small. The coffee machine's pot is so dirty that it couldn't be used. There were still fingerprints on the vegetable crates in the refrigerator. The cutlery was thrown together and not enough. The egg cooker was defective and the power button was missing. The kitchen window is largely covered with black mold, so not for allergy sufferers. There were spider webs everywhere in the apartment. I wonder what the cleaning does when you have to pay a lot of money for the final cleaning.And that in a pandemic. The entrance stairs to the house must be supported with a jack. It's for well over €1000Two-room apartment with the old furnishings and defects is completely overpriced.Which must be paid upon arrival. I give one star for the microwave and the stove, which were the only things that were clean and modern.

The rooms did not correspond to the photos. The bathroom alone was small and cramped, with the 80s charm not working at all. A socket in the lamp above the mirror was not accessible to me without my husband's help. No suitcase bench in the room and no sockets by the bed. The carp pond dried out, the breakfast was good, but when the guests were larger the soft eggs no longer worked. I found the room to be overpriced with this equipment.

We lived on the ground floor of a villa and there was plenty of space (4 pers.) It is possible to cook yourself and there was nothing missing in the kitchen. The location was good. Having said that, Haus am Karpfenteich needs a loving hand.

The place was ok, but for 5 nights I was supposed to pay 566e and I paid 600e because the lady made up additional fees that were not there... Be careful.

Me and my girlfriend (both 20) decided at very short notice to go to the Harz for 2 nights.When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted very friendly by the owner.The room and bathroom were very clean and cozy so you felt very comfortable.Breakfast was prepared on time and fresh in the morning.In general the service was super friendly.We will recommend the hotel!

Everything was very old. Nothing was as described online. Price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. Housekeeper was nice but overwhelmed. Were there over Easter and she had e.g. Forgot the eggs? What a shame

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms have been modernized. Super comfortable beds. The breakfast was rich. The housekeeper was very accommodating. Extra requests were implemented immediately. We'd love to come back.
